Great food. B patience slow service.maybe like the other restaurants workers will return.
The asian man that appears to be the owner is very rude every time I pick up food here, I asked for extra hot sauce and the asian lady and Asian owner looked at me weird. Maybe they do not like colored people, I will not be returning to this horrible customer service place, trust me I did try to give them a second chance and maybe a third since they are close to where I live. Every time I get this weird vibe from them as if they don’t want to help me.
Good afternoon family! As you know I am a delivery driver and I try to go to new places I haven't been before. So on this day I was in San Raphael and it was finally able to go on my lunch when I stumbled across this Hawaiian good place. I was greeted by a nice young woman who took my order which took almost 15 min. I ordered their BBQ chicken lunch plate, the chicken was juicy, not too salty, the macaroni salad we very good to and the rice was perfect.
Excellent food. We had the spam and eggs, bbq chicken, shrimp, and katsu chicken. Short ribs was a bit over cooked and not tender.
DO NOT ORDER the POKE SALAD!!! It's terrible!!Served with plain soy sauce and a tiny scoop of rice...
My company gets lunch here a couple times a month and pretty good.
