Has the best customer experience this evening. I couldn’t go through the drive thru with my very large truck and I had to go inside where they only take drive thru orders.He approached with a smile and asked if I needed help. I told him my situation and I thought he was just going to tell me drive they only but was more than accommodating. He said no problem I’ll take your order. It was ready in less than 5 min and he handed my food with a smile. His name was Oliver and I couldn’t have been more appreciative of him. Thank you again! ?
I don't wanna give a star, actually.. I had really bad experience just tonight. So I went inside and asked If I can order inside , the guy said yes so I wait 5 mins, then there's a lady came said I have to go to the drive thru, I said I didn't bring my car. So she took my order but they gave me a sandwich with chicken that doesn't look good. They forgot to put the fries so the other guy brought it to the kitchen. I still said "thank you" .When I got home the coleslaw was missing, no ketchup at all and I couldn't eat the chicken that because soo spicy. ooh I forgot there's like 8 staff there, I felt so embarrassed when I left the place because they look at me like I am the weird one. none of them said sorry for their mistake. Never ever in my life to leave a bad review like this, I did this so they can fix the problem there.. Really bad service, not the best food in San Rafael
Ordered delivery and waited 2 hours for my food to come and many phone calls between the restaurant and doordash just to be cold, wet for some reason, and all of my sauce missing along with a sandwich and plates.
The food isn’t worth the bad attitude the workers have I went through the drive thru and they were talking about the customers and about me right in my face thinking I couldn’t understand them. Horrible service.
Drive thru is very short and tends to back up into the main street often. Drive thru employees can often be heard talking poorly about customers and laughing when customers can't hear them. I also dislike that when I make a order for Taco Bell the employees on several occasions have not given me what I ordered and blame me for ordering wrong. It is NOT convenient to return to get the correct food item.
Food was cold- fries tasted like they had been sitting there for hours. Same with the rest.
I went through the drive through and got confused because the entrance said KFC, but as I entered it said Taco Bell. How could they mislabel something so bad? I ordered the spicy crispy chicken sandwich. It was so tiny, weighed maybe 1 quarter pound (with the bag). For $10, I should’ve went somewhere else. The sandwich wasn’t even crispy, it was soggy.This was my first time here, and probably my last. The lady that rang me up barely spoke English, and couldn’t understand my questions.

Food is great. Service is great. However their online prices did not match the drive thru. I went specifically there to purchase bucket with 8 pieces plus 2 sides for a hospice spouse, the price was double from $20 to $40. Disappointed I could not afford it
I hadn't had KFC in years and then all of a sudden we had it twice in a week. Can't say I was disappointed lol. The bucket fed our whole multi generational family with only a few extra meals to supplement. Very tender chicken.
