I wish i had photos to post also but I just saw a review on Java Detour and had to put in my two cents! I also love Java Detour they're always polite they're always kind and I got to say their coffees, Blended, whatever they are so much better than that other place with the star in it and are a much better value ! Java Detour I love you guys and thank you for being here in San Rafael for us!
Employees were very polite & attentive to my order. I got the Reese’s mocha blend, tasted exactly like a Reese’s candy I really enjoyed it!

Somehow the coffee spilled out of the cup and got all over the car, even though the lid was on and it was in a cup holder. Never had that happen to me and this was the first time I've been here. They need better hot coffee cups.
Their tropical smoothie is the best darn smoothie I've ever had in my life!!!!!!
A little slow but my son and I both really enjoyed our drinks: an above average cappucino and a strawberry lemonade. Their hot dogs were good too
I go here on a daily basis. I carefully constructed Mom and Pop with trusty consistent tasty food and beverage. Meander the menu, you can't go wrong.
For the “First Time Ever” I experienced a snarky customer service female at this establishment!Sun Oct 3 at 2:30:I ordered a Root Beer Freeze/ Root Bear Skake from a redhead customer service person/ transferred me to another customer service gal with a very bad attitude! She kept saying that is a root beer float, I said yes but mixed up like a shake- Convo went back and forth with the semantics of “Root Bear Float vs Shake. I said her attitude was a bit.... she threatened with “The Right to Refuse Service” I said could I have a Root Beer Float blended? Please note I get this all the time at this location but not TODAY per her. I asked for her name which she refused to give me responding with”Why do you need to know!! I am a San Rafael business owner and extremely disappointed with her lack of customer service
