Great customer service! My favorite server is Jose at the San Rafael store !! However AC was broken so it was pretty warm inside being it was a super hot day !
Service is always great and the servers always have a smile on their faces (even with a mask on). Love that they have great hours as I'm up early before most places open and have never had a problem getting a table.

The guy that has served me every time I go is amazing. He never writes the order down and no matter how big your party is or how complicated your order is, he always gets it right. Food is delicious! One of the best IHOP locations in the bay area.

Good Service, Good Food and unlike other Restaurants they give free Refills on Apple Juice, Orange Juice, Milk, and Chocolate Milk. San Rafael I HOPE IS EXCELLENT.
