If we lived in the area we'd be regulars. Our kids 4&2 were in heaven in the big play space, sliding down the green hillside, trying on the costumes, exploring the hidden corners. We've encountered a place with a similar concept only once before, it's so great and far too rare.About the cafe, I had a nice small cappuccino, thankfully not in the style of a big coffee chain. The warm cinnamon roll was too yummy and unhealthy to share with the kids. I couldn't find anything my non-hipster stepfather liked. He unfortunately chose the peach&hemp kombucha and won't be returning.Hoping to avoid big crowds we came on a weekday morning 10am, but it was quite full. It totally cleared out around 11:30. The concept doesn't seem to be that families stay for lunch since the offerings for lunch were very limited. We went to the Latin fusion restaurant next door.
This place rules! Great coffee, energizing ambiance, and an indoor playground with sparks of imagination. What more could you want as a coffee-loving parent?!
Great concept, perfectly executed. Great coffee for the adults and gorgeous play area for the kids. I brought my nine month old here and he had a ball. Even more fun for older kids. Wish we lived closer, we’d come very week. Highly recommend.
This is the model for which all coffee shops should strive to replicate. If you have small children and adore both coffee and watching your children bask in the glory of innocence and play, then this is the place for you. The play area is filled with nooks and crannies - places to read, places to hide, places for your kids to challenge their balance and confidence. Dress up - princesses, pirates, dinosaurs, oh my!For parents, snuggle up on the cushions with a cup of coffee or tea and watch OR jump in (give into that childish pull, i promise no one will judge you for it) and explore in tow.The cafe has enough selection to keep you coming back and the decor will inspire your next home remodel or DIY craft project.I will say, this place is perfect outside the busy times. When there are 4-6 children in the play area the vibe is perfect. Add a a bunch more and expect chaos, bumps, bruises and screaming - it's inevitable that children will collide and fall. ;)
Great coffee (oat milk latte) and cold brew and awesome place to keep your kids entertained!
Stopped in for the first time to get a cappuccino and was thrilled. Amazing coffee selection, and the decor / design was so comfy and fun. There was an older trio hanging at a sidewalk table, some folks doing laptop work inside, and then in the playroom were some cutie kids and caregivers. If my kids were still wee ones, I’d likely make weekly visits! Either way will surely return.
Amazing cafe with a special design. Coffee was great. They have pastries and also some savory options/breakfast sandwichs. They have indoor playground area for kids which is very cool. It is a good place to catch up with friends or family specially if you have young kids. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back again.
The barista wasn’t wearing a mask at all while taking orders, making drinks, and cleaning tables. I asked for a small latte at which point he very bizarrely and assertively informed me that “there’s only ever one standard latte size, worldwide. We don’t do small or large lattes” although their menu literally has Small & Large options listed for lattes. Strange and unfriendly experience. Will not return.
This place is a dream come true! There’s delicious coffee / beautiful lounge area for parents..and tons of space / options for play for the kids! Wish I found this place sooner!
Luv luv luv this place ! It has a homey feel to it , great place for little ones as well
