I am a chipotle fan eat several times a month and this is the worst i ever been. The food was lacking seasoning tasted horrible. The person serving my food would not put even a whole spoon of each item. I had to ask to put more rice three times just to have enough quantity equal to one spoon full… ridiculous, every time i asked for more she would get even less…Will never come here again.
Staff was friendly but had to wait 10 minutes for chicken to be cooked. Cook was also busy giving hi fives to others and then not seen washing his hands.There was more focus on completing online orders, which is where all the chicken went, making people in line sit and wait for 10 minutes. Also, NO lettuce.Wouldn't come back again
There aren't many options and the burritos are small for the price. I've had better.
One of the dirtier chipotles I’ve been to. Food was ok. Staff was nice.
If I could give this place no stars I would give it not one. Just imagine being black and trying to get a job and everybody gives you some flack about requesting to speak to the manager and then the managers forgets to conduct an interview and you're waiting for an hour but she's absent-minded. Not a very good place to eat at if you're someone of color because they have prejudice towards them

It's not bad but I've had better burritos for half the price at family taquerias. $13.50 for regular burrito with quac, sour cream seems a bit high for a mall/takeout location.
Very busy but worked efficiently. Food was fresh.
It's a nice place to eat food and chill. It'd be nice if staff were to clean tables more often.
