I love love chipotle! However, they don’t put a option to add the chipotle spicy sauce on the door dash app. So I called them to ask for them to put it in, and the girl hung up on me. Very annoying. After it was delivered I got brown beans instead of black beans. I’m so annoyed especially since I love chipotle food so much.
Ordered online and arrived at the time I chose. My order was not ready. I let them know I was there for my online order and they didn’t bother to let the staff dishing up know. Then they served 3 people that walked in after me and placed their order at the counter. Literally would have gotten quicker service if I waited and placed my order there. Not the experience I was wanting.
Great experience. Great service. The worker named Jonathan was very cordial and helpful.

I ordered a barbacoa burrito with cheese,sour cream, red salsa ,lettuce and paid extra for queso, they gave me a steak burrito bowl with cheese and sour cream. Good job guys didn’t know you could mess up a simple order so bad.
Honestly they need to get management in here, dirty, food is cold & proteins stiff from being out too long obviously! They need to refill the various proteins, salsas, & toppings more often, & too many people working over the food.
All locations are good food and clean facilities
