Seriously, if you like Prime Rib, go to this BJ's. Holy heck, it was delicious! Large cuts with plenty of sides yo choose from, and top it off with your choice of Pazookie! The meat was tender, full of flavor, and fresh. The sides were great. The dessert was absolutely the best thing ever! Morgan was an excellent waiter and he was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. All the bessers were attentive and polite. Simy the best BJ's experience we've had.

Unbelievable experience at BJ’s. Food was great, but it was the force of nature known only as “Jason” who really stole the show. Jason was our waiter and made our night with his excellent service, constant humor, and unwavering professionalism(even in the face of split checks). Although he failed his signature pen flip when he brought out the check (first time in his career), he delivered on every other front. If you plan on coming to BJ’s, call in advance to confirm Jason is working, and do everything in your power to get in his section. He will not disappoint. This man will keep you hydrated with a different glass of water every 5 minutes. He makes a mean pizookie, even on his “bad days”. Ask him about the heavy cream dessert his co-worker makes, and prepare to lose your mind in laughter.Jason, if you are reading this, you are a fine young man and an incredible waiter who made our night. Also, the three girls in your section thought you were cute. You deserved to know- the homie squad

Great service very friendly staff

Service was good. Our server was nice and recommend us different beers. We had the loaded nachos with tri-trip recommended by our waiter. Unfortunately there wasn’t much meat….much meat at all. Just a few small pieces and barely any cheese or toppings. Left afterwards, wasn’t worth ordering anything else. Step your game up BJ’s.

Service was average , went for lunch. The issue was the attitude we got from the Manager and Server when we complained. I ordered a BBQ pulled Sandwich as I was joining the party later. I had googled a menu and it must have been old. When the order came- It looked like a French Dip with Au Jus. I pointed this to the server and asked if this was a pulled pork sandwich to which she responded in a stern voice" Yes it is pulled pork". When tag came out it was a Prime Rib Sandwich and when asked she insisted it was pork but went to grab manager.Manager came and had attitude. Quite alright Menu has changed and its understandable the server is new and learning the menu. The manager could have handled it better than saying to us several times- what do you want me to do. Poor listening skills. He could say- it could have been a miscommunication, we will be sure to give more training. People have food allergies and you are taking a chance with peoples life- improve please. You have greatly failed at training if you have not been clear at having a new server memorize what proteins you have. Also a better approach is let me find out- one moment please than trying to prove the customer wrong.Having personally worked in the Service Industry for many years, my complaint stems from manager and server's attitude in handling a genuine complaint

Bad experience. Service was awful, ordered a couple beers, ordered 3 food items (10 minutes after we ordered the beers) food came before one of the beers did (the other beer came 2 minutes before the food did). One of the items we ordered didn't come, then was told they were out of it.... had to ask for utensils and napkins, after the food arrived.... asked for an extra side of dressing, took more than 10 minutes for that to arrive.... and took three go around's to get the bill right as they charged for stuff we didn't get then took off the cheaper beer that we did get and left the pricier one we didn't.... just an overall bad visit there. First, and last, time going there.

Server took my order and never came back to offer another Drink. I another server took over and She brought the Appetizer and the food. They over cook the Bake potato service very slow and order something to go took over 45 minutes. The worst experience ever.

I know that there have been a lot of issues with short staffing everywhere as the economy is reopening and this might be what happened this evening. That said, it was our first time back since the pandemic and it was a complete flop. Two people's meals didn't even get served until after the test of our table had already finished our meals. Some of our drinks took forever to get to us. The waitress kept complaining about the kitchen screwing things up and the bartender screwing things up. I don't care whose fault it is, but we won't be back for a long time to come.

I had some great tri tip there a few weeks ago so I chose tri tip for take out for New Year’s Eve. The tri tip was an odd shape, about the size and thickness of a medium potato. I had a great deal of trouble slicing it even though I tried several angles. It also had a lot of gristle. The phone ordering process was difficult and three people couldn’t find my order in their system for me to pay even though the order was printed out and ready as promised. ?

Appalling service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Went for my friend’s 21st, she was excited to order her first legal drink. I, 20, asked for the price list for the cocktails as they weren’t listed on the menu, for whatever reason. Waiter didn’t know, came back with who I can only assume was the manager that Saturday evening. He immediately asked who was 21, and who was drinking. Fine. I didn’t say I was, but I proceeded to ask about the drinks prices for a few members at our table. “Are you drinking? Are you 21?” He asked. No, I said. “Then why are you asking?” I said I was asking for my friends. Everyone at the table was a little taken aback by his rudeness, but my friend ordered her drink. He asked for her ID, which read her birthdate as that day, 21 years before. He refused to believe it was valid because it “didn’t explicitly say she was 21”. He wasn’t apologetic about it either, nor pleasant in any way. We left and went to Cheesecake Factory instead, where we had 0 problems with the ID. I sincerely apologize to anyone who has had the misfortune of sharing my experience with this man, who in my opinion has no business in this industry. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, at least not on a night one runs the risk of coming across that particular gentleman.
