I went here on a day when there were problems with the drive-thru head set and the card reader, but the employees were absolute angels during this time. A few angry costumers stormed out of the store but the workers kept a smile on their faces and were always polite. The food was good as expected, and baja blast will forever be legendary.
Our experience was awful. The person argued with us when we tried to order. 90% of our order was incorrect. We asked for the food to be labeled, it was not. Their receipt machine was "broken". When we asked for extra sauce the employee handed it to me and called me "homeboy". We had to go back to get our food fixed and went inside this time. We ordered fresco style, and they didn't know that meant no jalapeno sauce or dairy.
Sometimes service is good, sometimes it's not. Ordered lettuce only on my tacos (lactose issues) and got only cheese. They do have some good workers though
Sometimes there's fights outside cause of high school kids or arguments which they had a security guard and there's homeless that beg for money other stuff like food the homeless Sometimes even come in but other then that really good tacobell and good prices if u Wana save money I would recommend happy hour

This Taco Bell is always forgetting items or giving me wrong items. I always come here because it is close to my house and I rarely buy Taco Bell, so that's disappointing.
