I was SO impressed with the angle hair pasta last time I was there. This time I had the fettuccine alfredo w/chicken and was not impressed. One step below average, sauce wa not rich and flavorful and the pasta was a little below average. I may try something else next time, like the spaghetti ? ?
Best Pizza in South Bay, LA. I lived in the LA area for 15-years and left the area. I recently had the opportunity to return to the area and for sure wanted tp again try a pizza from Sorrento's. Many was I NOT disappointed! I can't tell you why, but this is the best pizza I've ever had -- anywhere -- including living in Italy for 3-years. I can guarantee you'll love this pizza.
Ordered spaghetti to go. The sauce was mixed in with the spagetti. Spaghetyi overcooked and the sauce was inedible. It looked like what you'd get in a can. I could not stomach it. The meatballs were ok.
You have to try the super deluxe sandwhich. Easily feeds 2 people and its around 18 dollars. Delicious it has everything but the kitchen sink. Monster sandwhich. I will be returning. Get a few napkins you'll need them. Solid deli with good food. Chicken parm not bad either.
Best pizza ever. I drive from LB just to eat here. No other pizza I'll eat. & the salad with their special pink dressing.. yum
What an amazing place sandwiches are great customer service is awesome they even have a restaurant inside just in case you don't realize which I didn't when I 1st walked it's walking great food great drinks
This is a once-a-week place in my rotation. In 40 years of eating here I have had ONE dish I didn't like. And in all fairness it was the chicken cordon Bleu. So that's what I get for ordering a French dish at an Italian restaurant. THE BEST MEATBALL SUB IN HUMAN HISTORY! Don't let the prices intimidate you. You'd have to be professional eater to finish a sandwich in one sitting. Every sandwich is great. Pasta is good. I'm not a big fan of the pizza because it has too much cheese. But when I tell people that it's like I'm telling them my bank account has too much money in it. Eat here. You won't be disappointed.

Sorrento's on 25th/Western Just went to order the usually and female older women told my daughter " it's like I'm writing a diary"! All we wanted was the oil and vinegar on the side cause it makes sandwhich soggy and mustard and pickles only. She told my daughter that she never said pickles and all 3 if us heard it because she had to repeat 3 times" When I called back she said she was the owner and basically didn't care because she is busy! Told her I was going to Yelp her! She said she didn't care! Been going there for years and will never ever return. Absolutely rude! Read her yelps and others are getting some of the same responses of rude women. I think they don't care because they will still make money and their $h!t doesn't stink!!
