Go there when long drive-thru line only to be told to pull to the side for another 5 minutes to wait on my food so they can pretend like there serving the customers as quickly as corporate wants them to when they're doing the exact opposite. Corporate has it set up so that they serve the customer in a timely manner but this place doesn't want to work as hard as carpet would like them too so they got their own pace and make your own rules then cheat and lie to cover it up. That's the exact opposite of your customer service. Kudos to whoever came up with that game plan. No matter what time of day it is if you drive past that location there are countless cars cars parked in odd spots all over the parking lot waiting for their food. I need ketchup or condiments? These people aren't even smart enough to bring some of them out with them just in case and even if you tell them in the Drive-Thru window it still ain't happening. I tend to see the person who is manager in the afternoon and evening doing this. I actually started going inside and have observed her displaying poor attitude to several different employees also. I think this place was do better if they were to get rid of that one that bad apple.
Fantastic people and very clean seating. The staff is very attentive. The manager (Sebastián) even took the time to walk around and greet the guests, asking if everything was good. They do offer masks for those who should drop theirs on the floor ( like my dad).The food was cooked fresh. They also have a few self order kiosks and table service.We’ve eaten at lots of McDonald’s but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Highly recommended and we will return when back in the area.
The most uncoordinated, slow & low service.. I was there this morning and I was asked to park and wait after paying. I waited there for a while watching other customers having to park behind each other after paying. I’ve never seen anything like that before.. Not only did I have to wait so long, when I got the bag of food i could see hash brown crumbled inside. I didn’t have time to go inside the restaurant so I took what I had. I can’t believe they handed me a crumbled hash brown. Very poor service!!

What can I say! McDonald's is McDonald's. The place you can always depend on for a quick familiar bite. And if you're looking for a good cup of coffee frankly McDonald's coffee is delicious. And if you're a senior it's even better because it's only $0.79. this particular McDonald's is clean and efficient and the bathrooms are well kept.
It was all right never been there before it's in San Pedro never been there either LOL they still have that no eating inside so we had to sit outside in the cold tables wet seats wet so that's why I gave it a three the service was all right could be better that's it that's all!! Peace out
This McDonalds is always parking all cars, to my understanding total experience should be 3 minutes 30 seconds, I was there for 23 minutes there was also 5 additional cars parked. We only ordered 2 burrito meal and egg muffin and nothing was fresh. I used to work for McDonalds many years ago and this was not acceptable I would give them a 0 of I could.
