I absolutely love Jersey Mike's I feel that it is a shame that I have to go to the one in Torrance to get the proper service the one in San Pedro there employees do not greet you at all and why you're trying to tell them what you want in your order they're laughing having a discussion with each other so you have to continuously repeat what you want on your sandwich again I love Jersey Mike's I just hate their service at this location

This is the 3rd time they run out of bread,How does a sandwich shop run out of bread ??

There clean and well organize and professional in the food is good they all have there gloves on and hair net on preparing the food

I have been here twice so far and the Subs are amazing the bread is super fresh and soft.The staff are ALL so polite and welcoming,and work really hard to get your order to you in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning again and again.

Amazing service, really nice workers. Plus they're actually open to a reasonable hour for us night workers. Big Fan

Inconsistent pricing and lack of respect for customers. Since when does extra bacon equal double the charge when the sandwich already has bacon?

We have much better sandwich shops in San Pedro I’ll never throw away $16 again in this one

Every time I go into the store the music is too loud, they’re ignoring the customers, they’re chatting with the other workers, no matter what you try to do to get their attention or to give them your order, they snap back at you, they get pissy about things, if it weren’t for the sandwiches being good, I would never ever ever go into the store and I’m seriously thinking I’m not going there anymore. Tired of the rudeness. In addition to the staff, when you call in an order on the phone, the phones always have static or they’re shorting out or something - it’s such a waste of time. Oh and once a customer has already answered the questions they don’t want any additional items, to have the next staff in the line ask you the same questions over and over is ridiculous. Once someone has said no to the upsell, drop it.
