Said they were not ope till 4:45 i came here a 4:20 on may 28 ,2022.. i use to work for jack all we would do is shut down for 5-10minutes for the update around 3am ..seen many customers get told same thing....Dont say your 24 hours if your not .....Looks like this place have people who are lazy or dont want to work .. ...im just down for fleet week ...Guess i have to find somewhere to eat
I ordered jack in the box through door dash and my food was extremely bad quality. The bags were sealed with jack and the box stickers therefore I know it is the restaurant that gave out the poor quality food. The hamburger buns were rock hard I felt as I bit into them. I ordered large fries and the box wasn't even filled all the way up to the top and was not even half way full. The fries were soggy as if they been sitting under a lamp and did not have any salt at all. I orderd two cokes without ice and they gave me ice in them and where not even all the way full.
Ashley and a purple haird gentleman provided great customer service.Hard to get at 2 am when you're feeling snackish.I will definitely come again just for the experience of having Ashley be super friendly.
Now any Veterans or Military definitely need to head to this Jack in the Box. They always take the discount and never ever has any of the staff compliance or grumble. They all know and every time I show my card. They are like oh yup got it. I have never had an issue here ever. They are sweet and the food never disappoints. No other Jack in the Box gives the 10%. It is wonderful to have a company recognize veterans and military!!!!??????????????
Don’t let the name fool you.Just by the aesthetics of the building you can tell this Jack In The Box location has high volume sales, although busy, the drive thru is not a long wait and the best of all the FOOD IS FRESH & cooked as you order it.Well done to management. ??
I come here almost like every other day and some days the service is good, other days terrible. The staff will be in rush which I understand but there’s unnecessary attitude, won’t give napkins and even straws. Then to see hair in my food that’s just disrespectful.
Food was fresh and hot. Black Coffee had a good taste
JB has 2b the worst! of all the fast food spots. For all tjhier commercials you would think they would serve better food and customer service... notenentions of ever going back k.
I ordered the six piece chicken strips the breading wasn't cooked all the way through I've never been so disappointed in my life I will not go back to this Jack in the box again
This is the patty melt that I purchase and returned for a refund! What a disgrace to patty melts and to Jack!
