I mean honestly who doesn’t love a good in n out burger? I prefer this over any other fast food in this city. The line moves fast but sometimes is not worth the wait. The food is always good never ever in 20 years have I had a bad burger from here. The customer service is always excellent. I would be giving it 5 stars however the Portions seem smaller and the condiments seem to also be shrinking. I blame this on inflation mostly but if you are charging more then I should be getting the same as before. Same amount of lettuce onions and tomatoes along with fries nevertheless I will still come here.
Waited for over an hour on a busy Saturday night. There was someone taking orders outside but they had to take a break or leave for the night. They came over and told us someone would be coming to assist us. 30 minutes later- nobody came. Eventually we moved to the window. I let the drive thru worker know of the wait times. He apologized- they were short staffed. Guess management dropped the ball. Either way. Won't be going back to this one. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. Yes, I understand drive thru's especially in n out get notoriously busy. But not an hour wait busy. Hope they have better nights than tonight.
It's an in-n-out you probably know what you're in for. My only issue was the bun, this was the first time they were burned to a crunchy texture on both mine and my kid's. Otherwise fries on par with the franchise as were the: Clean interior, packed drivethru, & friendly employees.
I was pleased with the service I received. The servers were quite courteous and my food was delish. I got what I paid for and then some.
Service has improved greatly with Ms. Christina as the daily shift leader.Finally got the French fries done to order : well-done and low salt! Hooray!
Waited in the longest line I have ever waited in for In-N-Out and it was also a bit confusing to follow. But the workers were very friendly and the food was hot and delicious!
This is the second time I've have came to this in&out.. & I live 900miles away for it... Is honestly not that bad!Also took a dope picture of it this time around.
I don't know what the big deal is about this place. Haven't you had Five Guys? The fries here were not good and the burger was not great either. The milk shake was good however.
The people taking your order are so kind and welcoming same goes for the people taking your payments. I'd go as far and say that even if I am in a bad mood, they smile so much and are so nice that it's hard to leave in one!
Busy place but was serve really fast and staff made sure I had everything I needed very impressed
