Very clean and effective family type diner. We love the service and the friendliness of the waiting staff and the cleaning staff. Very polite and accommodating.Try them out. There are several of them in town. We went to the #2 restaurant in San Pedro, CA.
Such a local gem to find! It was busy but we were able to find a table. We were traveling from the east so our stomachs were already on lunch hour when it was 9:30 AM in the morning. We were able to order a hawaiian burger with onion rings and a sourdough burger with fries. It was delicious and really hit the spot. I would definitely return and tell all my friends about it.
Had a work related breakfast and the food was delicious! Plus it was free for me! ?I want say I had the huevos rancheros but it was recommended by the waiter and they only described it asTortillas as base and carne asada and sauce and eggs on top and beans, any way you can see the pic for reference but it was delicious! My only complaint is that it took long to get a refill on my drink.Other than that I do recommend! Not busy during the week.
Food is great; service is excellent! Quick service and nljust a nice place to eat.
Dependable tasty food at reasonable price. People who work there are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend their home fried potatoes, as well as their Louisiana hot link sausages. Also, their beans are as delicious as they are unique--definitely worth a try if you want something different as a breakfast side.
Finally had the chance to stop by and have breakfast, I would highly recommend. The hostess was really nice, friendly, and attentive. Most importantly the food was delicious. Will be back soon
We came by for a sit-down breakfast today and were fed and served quickly. We had the two-egg combo with Portuguese sausage, and the chicken Happy Diner Scrambler.The two-egg combo was definitely skimpy on the egg and sausage. It was only a few slices of sausage and did not seem to be two "extra-large" eggs. However, the fruit was fresh and ripe.The Scrambler was pretty good, but there were bits of bone in the chicken. The avocado was a bit brown but still decent.We were a bit disappointed to see how the food was prepared. The kitchen appears to make large batches of bacon, sausage, eggs, and other food ahead of time, and just reheats thems on the griddle. At a diner you expect simple food, cooked to order. The diner missed the mark on this aspect, and we probably will opt for another establishment. The food, while not outrageous, was still expensive for what we got. We could have gotten the same quality at a larger quantity and smaller price at a chain like Denny's.
Well portioned meals. Great price. Was lucky enough to come on a day that there was love entertainment for the holiday. Never had a bad meal there and the staff is very accommodating!
Quick service, clean restaraunt, and the food had great portions, taste, appearance and price. I have no complaints.
Well I would love to share this with everybody that's following me and who is eastdropping on this message the establishment is very clean so let's get that straight the service and needs a lot of help help the food it is good but it can be a lot better I hope this helps everybody out happy holidays and happy new years
