This Chipotle food was GROSS. It actually made me and my wife sick. We both ordered the Pollo Asada bowls with pinto beans and black beans. Not sure if the beans or the chicken was bad but it instantly made us very ill. It had a funny taste to it. The staff was nice but the food had a very weird taste to it. Filed a complaint with their corporate office and just waiting on a refund. $30 for a meal that made us extremely sick.

I've ordered through delivery app and received bad quality food from this place. I've ordered burrito bowls and the bowls are not filled up to the top they are halfway empty. The portion size inside rhe bowl disappointed me I paid about 40 dollars for my food to not be all the way full with add ons missing inside the bowl!? That is unacceptable never ordering from here again.

I rarely write these reviews, like seriously 1 every 5 years. But I've never ever seen such horrible food quality in my entire life, and delivered to me with consistency that worries me. I think this site needs a food inspection for the quality of food they deliver. My recent order arrived ice cold, the burrito wasn't even fully wrapped, sauce spilling out, barely any chicken found in it and was just a completely inedible mush. This is not an irregular occurrence, it happens all the time. Do yourself a favor, and completely avoid this Chipotle.

Of all the chipotle restaurant I have been to, this is the only restaurant I did not enjoy. They give very small portions on everything. I was really upset and dissatisfied. Barely any rice and the beans kind of taste weird. If you are looking for a good chipotle, the one at the South Bay Pavilion is good and they give you a good amount of food.

Tasted great, helpful staff, clean and roomy dining room and patio.

Fast, friendly service. However, the tables/floor could be kept a little cleaner.

It's Chipotle, it's great every single time. You know it.

Bad service, burritos big as a taco,overpriced..

Ordered here yesterday via the app. The app itself is good. The food here and my experience here is not and this is not the first time it has been awful. First of all, the app gives you the option of choosing a pickup time. I choose 16:10/4:10pm. The reason I do this is I wanted the food hot on pickup. My plan was to show up 5 min earlier than that and grab it as soon as it is in the bag. This way I get hot fresh food. Or so I thought.I arrived at 4:03 pm and went in. I stood next to the rack where they put the pickup orders. Each tier was alphabetized but the workers did not follow their own system placing the orders haphazardly on any ole shelf..If your last name started w a C for example your order should be on the top shelf. But not here C was on bottom and W on the top. I guess that doing things orderly is too hard for them.Anyhoo, I happily waited for my food because I know I sent the ready time at 4:10 as I watched the workers make burrito bowls and another train 4 new people. After a few minutes a female worker (the trainer) addressed me and asked me if I was waiting for food. I said yes but I was early and there is no rush. She asked my name which I provided.Then rather than making the food fresh she grabbed the bag off a shelf they had inside the restaurant. It was ready all along but hidden! And who knows for how long? They clearly made it the second they got the order and allowed it to get cold sitting in back and their plan was to PRETEND they just made it by sliding it on the pick-up shelve at the correct time.When I got home and I live 2 miles away the food was ice cold. I also noticed it was half the size of the burrito bowl I SAW them making for another person when there AND smaller than anything I have ever had there or at any Chipolte . I always get the exact same thing too. I am a slight eater and usually have half a bowl left. This time I ate it all and it sucked in quality-not the first time here on that point.The meat was dried out, again ice cold, and they where cheap on every item. I go here cuz I like the food when it is done right but it has not been right in forever. I guess I need to find another place.

Today we had a terrible experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Yolanda who's one of the managers at this chipotle restaurant refused to change my order. The order had very salty chicken and it was also dry and tasted old. When I asked her if my order could be changed, she took my food and threw it to the trash and she refused to replace my order. Yolanda also didn't want to give me my money back. Yolanda prohibited me from entering the restaurant. I want people to be aware of this because this is discrimination. This manager has been retaliating against me because there was one time were I also returned my order because it was too salty without knowing that there was a inspector from the city present in that restaurant.
