Mr James was a nice & great cashier made sure I got everything I needed! ??

If I could give 0 star, I would. The wings were dry and old. I think they re-fried it. Very disappointed.

Lemon pepper wings was very good. The website could do some improvement. Online order did not go through. So had to wait 15-20 mins. Staff friendly.

My order was completely wrong. I ordered through the phone from the secret menu “hot lemon” ( mix and match ). I was given all bone in and lemon pepper. Called to have my order redone and the manager argued with me saying I was in the wrong. He claims there’s no such thing as “hot lemon “ ( I’ve ordered from several different wings stops multiple times with the same order of “hot lemon “) manager could’ve prevented this and said they don’t have it when I first order through the phone . I’m never one to argue with employees because I’ve worked in customer service but this was absurd . Unfortunately I paid cash and wasn’t given a receipt so I took an L.

Horrible service, lack of training, poor management cashier was not able to take my order was not familiar with menu.

They never get your order right, EVER. I have given them so many chances and they just steal your money. They are too lazy to fix anything. Spend your money elsewhere. So pathetic...

Beyond worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I ordered my food, when I went to go check my receipt it was nowhere near what I had ordered even though the lady taking my order repeated it back towards me. It was not the right amount nor flavors. I went in to get this corrected and they said they would. After waiting 30 minutes for my wings they still hadn’t given me the correct order. Biggest waste of my time ever

Greasy, spicy was suppose to not have pepper chicken.Had to bites, and gave food to the homeless person.

Their chicken tenders are always tasty. I prefer the hickory BBQ sauce though the teriyaki is pretty good too.

It would be 5 star if they didn't run out of bone in l, but the boneless are tasty as well.
