I had the chrysanthemum tea with macadamia nut milk and crystal boba, it's an acquired taste as I would prefer the tea plain, simple and hot - now I know, ?. Otherwise, they have cool boba tea concoctions and unique milk selections like sesame, rice, macadamia nut and oat. I would go back to try the other teas.

Second visitUbe milk drink is good!--------Long line at nightTried their house milk teaTea is good , but milk is not enoughIts alright

4.5Pretty solid milk tea spot. Recommend ordering on their website before going there to lessen the wait.My go-to drink is the creme brulee milk tea, perfect blend of tea and the sweetness/silkyness of the creme brulee. Unless you’re not gonna drink it right away def ask for the torched sugar sealed in..otherwise it’s gonna be a goopy annoying mess trying to sprinkle em on top.Minus a half star cause sometimes their drinks tastes watered down, like the Afternoon Tea, which was too bland and chocolately for my taste. No seating

Easy to order online with the QR code outside and just pick it up inside ina few minutes when it’s ready. I ordered the “Feed Me Ube” drink by FeedMeiMei and it’s really good. You can’t choose your sweetness on it but it’s really not too sweet by default and still dessert-like. Very unique flavor combo all together, I’ll definitely get it again.

Reached out to Urban Ritual two times a week ago with the following feedback without any response from them. Same problem with the Ube tea, received half the pudding in my tea compared to what they show in their product photos."The creme brulee milk tea is my favorite and I get it regularly from the San Jose location and even the one San Francisco. I've even had the pleasure of having this at Outside Lands many times.I've to say every time I've tried the San Mateo store (third time today) the tea is somewhat lacking. The pudding tastes of raw eggs today and the actual tea flavor is diluted. And this is after less ice so no added dilution from water. The torches brown sugar isn't enough either. I would have come back to return it but already left.At close to 7 bucks, this is not a cheap drink by any means and sorry to say this location does not match the quality and experience of the other locations."

Came to support meimei's YouTube with her ube collab! The drink is pretty aesthetic and decadent with the ube brulee and the pearls here are always delicious. Other drinks I usually order are the matcha toffee and house milk tea. Parking is easy during non-peak hours in the theater lot.

Creme brulee milk was the way to go! Drink it right away to make sure you get to taste the crunch of the caramelized sugar pieces before they melt into your drink. Came back again two days later and tried it with the milk tea, but I think I prefer the milk version better

I've been drinking Taiwanese milk teas for half of my life so I've been to quite a few boba shops. For the first time in my life I had a milk tea where my husband saw my face and ask me what was wrong. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT ORDER the unsweetened white grape oolong as a milk tea. It was straight up a disgusting combination. Immediately upon taking that first sip I had that Mac Dre thizz face look thanks to tannin taste + milk. Bleh. My husband also ordered a creme brulee drink and it had actual creme brulee in the drink which were a little too large to get with a straw. It was good but I'm not a sweet drink person so it wasn't my favorite. Some of the other businesses inside the San Pedro market open at 10 so by the time this counter opened at 11, there was already a big group of people waiting to order, so just be prepared for a wait.

Their creme brûlée milk tea with 0 sugar is my all time favorite. The caramel crunch is amazing. Love it!

Best boba milk tea in town!
