I'm not sure how this place has low reviews. Ultra Sushi is probably the best all you can eat and drink sushi I've ever been to. The quality of the sashimi is excellent, they have an incredible selection of nigiri, and their sushi rolls aren't just a big ball of rice. The service is also phenomenal due to their speed and efficiency. I've come here twice now, and I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Read the menu and the rules before coming and you'll have a great time. It's all about being efficient with your order structure and getting things from the same section on each order to ensure you've not got a single straggler holding up the next order. Food is awesome and I absolutely feel like I got my money's worth.

Excellent quality fish and service. Ayce is worth the price and 20 pc sashimi plate is great. Oysters, sea urchin, and fatty tuna available for ayce

Servers are extremely rude. Sashimi is not fresh. The AYCE is totally a FRAUD.When we order the third round at 76min after we were attended by a server for the first time, a male server refused to do so and said “we already gave you the final call”. But actually there was no “final call” givento us by anyone. We asked “could you please let me know who and when delivered the final call message to our table?”The server kept silent, and said “ok, what do you want?” With an angry look.We asked for fish liver dish, but the server said “no starred item is allowed”, raising his voice up.I was triggered, but my boyfriends said “it is okay”, and we decided to leave. We were so disappointed. But that wasn’t the end. The server came back and slam the bill onto our table… what the ????Also when we ordered the 30 pieces sashimi on the menu, we were informed that it is out of stock. But luckily, we can order the 20 pieces dish. And that’s what we did. But weirdly, the 30 pieces is the same as the 20 pieces dish in terms of the material. They just do not want to serve the bigger plate so they can save slow us down from ordering. To the owner, if you want to make more money, you can totally increase the entrance fee, not cheating on the ordering logic. And please make uniforms for your servers, they look disgusting wearing their own dirty black hoodies and showing their bad faces. Also, the servers talked sh*t about us in Cantonese. They thought I didn’t understand, but I did. This is never an authentic Japanese restaurant, it’s nasty.

Sushi quality is pretty good for the price. But service is a bit slow and time limit was kind of enforced. As a result, it felt quite rush at the end (though the staff did extend the time for us to finish the last order).

$42 premium sushi ayce including sake. All food items were of great qualty. Required 2 normal items with every premium item order. Great that they don't completely load up on the rice for the sushi.

AYCE but not really. They have 4 waiters for 30 tables so service is extremely slow. For a party of 4, we only ordered 2 rounds during the 1.5 hrs before they told us we had only one final round left. The majority of the time we were idly waiting, hungry, waiting for either food to come or a server to help us order next round. Fish is also not the freshest. Only after calling the manager over did we get a fourth round, which miraculously came super promptly. They also include an 18% gratuity for letting you sit there and wait.Sidenote, they don’t tell you when an item is not available (such as oysters) until afterwards when you’re wondering where the food is and time is up. We came specifically for the 30pc sashimi which was also not available that day. Will not be returning ever and do not recommend, 0 stars.

Okay, so I’m sure people have different experiences here, but we went in early, right around 5PM for dinner on a Friday. We had to wait 5 minutes to get in, the servers were very responsive and got us started with food almost 5 minutes after sitting down.Let’s just say we were stuffed before our 90 minutes was up, and the food was surprisingly good, yes there are lot of rules for each order, but who cares ! We ordered Uni, Toro and Kababs twice among many other orders, and probably 3 flasks of warm Sake. The Sake was underwhelming, but overall you are paying mid $40 for a huge amount of good sushi in Bay Area, honestly I don’t think this will last so go early and enjoy it while it does!

Fish was really fresh! Portions are adequate.

All you can eat sushi spot made for kings! Maybe I’m exaggerating but this place is great. Recommended by a friend I’m sure glad I stopped here not being from around the area. The fish, oysters all tasted so fresh and clean. So much variety of fish which you do not expect from a place that can serves all you can eat. They are against leaving extra food behind and they do warn if you leave food behind they charge you an addition to the “all you can eat price” the price of the roll thet you left behind, which is more than reasonable. My advice get there early! There is a line that forms and after a certain hour before closing they do no allow anymore people.
