They really need to clean their dish washer machine. Plates and utensils were greasy and covered in film even when asking for a replacement. The floors are slippery and unsafe as well. I didn't even want to experience their restrooms... I could only imagine. The facility also seemed to have some kind of electrical fire, the smell was a bit overwhelming. Other than those things... The food was pretty good, and our server was really sweet.
Great food, amazingly decadent cheesecake...and equally amazing staff! Our orders came out a little mixed up and cold today, but everyone from the waitress (Lily) to the manager on duty went above and beyond to correct the issue with professionalism and kindness. Even when my grandma, whom I was with, was a little rude...they took it all in stride and offered us two complimentary desserts, as well as extra EXTRA bread to make up for the trouble. My grandma is on a fixed income, but she still likes to go to lunch every once in awhile. Because of your team's generosity, we were able to enjoy a great meal, and treat ourselves to some tasty dessert! THANK YOU.
The cakes looks really good from the outside. We didnt get a chance to eat. There were plenty of tables free but still we were told waiting time 30 Minutes. There were like 3 people in the welcoming area chatting with each other. But still we had to wait 30 minutes. My friends have experienced the same many times. The place is half full but still 30 mins waiting time.
TCF is always my family’s go to place and Ilove every locations. This time I’m with my friend and tries Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp. Not a fan but their avocado eggrolls are always my fave.
I ordered take out and received this $10 salad. Packaging was so bad that the sauce ran out and bread is now wet and soggy. Mac n cheese was ok. All tastes old and would not order take out again
Great decor, great food choices, delicious cheese cake ( which I ordered first while I figured out what else to order), stuffed mushrooms that made me hum with pleasure and lettuce tacos. Brought half my cheesecake home the pieces are so big. Great service. And delicious warm dark bread.
Jordan was an absolute pleasure to have as a waiter!So so happy I picked this Cheesecake Factory location for my 31st birthday dinner!He was very attentive, on point, honestly, the best waiter service I've ever experienced!If I could give him 10 stars, I would! Thank you again, Jordan!
Lunch specials are a good deal. I had the orange chicken, which was very tasty and not full of batter like what you get in some Chinese restaurants. The classic burger was also delicious with a very substantial patty. The ambience was great - like a high end restaurant without the high prices.
So disappointing went with my girls today we sat and there was a worker spraying glass cleaner right in front of us...ordered the steak and shrimp scampi just to be so disappointed there was three shrimp and the shrimp were so tiny to where before were not u would think for the price u would get better also three little pieces of steak the mashed potatoes were hard I won't be going back the server was great.. the menus were dirty at the top sticky as well
Came here for lunch which was super busy but our waiter made the experience super easy. He was very accommodating and patient. Our food was super BOMB too. Thank you. ☺️
