There's no wait weekday afternoons. Some drinks are hit or miss. I liked messy taro latte (could use some more taro), super fruit tea, orange green tea, but strawberry green tea was yuck.

Ordered grape flavor tea with boba but what they gave me is something completely different. No boba, not grape flavor and no label either.Their management is chaotic.

Milk tea was good. But it takes so long to order. Maybe it would be better to set up some order system like iPad apps to let people order faster.

Besides all the reviews of the long wait, I would like to add this which is VERY IMPORTANT!!!They use the cream which is expired or nearly expired. I am sitting in the bathroom writing this after diarrhea and vomiting. My husband vomited too after tried my Cream brûlée milk tea. I am very sure it’s about the cream because last week I got Thai brûlée milk tea and also got diarrhea. They use the same cream for both of these drinks. We’re big fans of Tancha for 2 years and this never happened at the other locations in Cupertino and Santa Clara.I am really mad right now because my stomach is really really painful and uncomfortable .

Waiting time was a bit long but that's OK since they were crowded. I guess since they recently opened it'll be crowded. They got our order wrong as well. Even ignoring all that, the lowest sugar level is so sweet that the drink becomes more like tea flavoured sugar water. I don't want to know what 100% sugar tastes like here.

ordered cheesy grapeforgot to order with bobawish cash wrap up sold boba so I would setup forgetting

good drinks! but the wait time was over 30mins. Feel bad for the employees.

They run out of stuff and they get really busy. The melon smoothie is good (cantaloupe blended with ice, cream and syrup) but they put these streaks of frosting on the cup. Even asking for less sweet, it was pretty intense. Makes it look pretty, but I'm not into drinking frosting

Update: this place turned into a nightmare. We spent 1.5 hours (yes, you are reading this correctly!) there on a Sunday first waiting to order and then waiting for our drinks. They told as an estimate of a half an hour wait for the drinks at the register, which turned into an hour somehow.Watching the employees in the kitchen answers the question why - they are extremely inefficient and mix up the orders all the time.No complaints about the drinks themselves - still lovely, but I’ll think three times before returning here any time soon.Initial 5-star review: A great brand new boba shop. I thoroughly enjoyed my White Peach Oolong with cheese foam and agar boba. Great tea, a very generous amount of the foam, and perfectly cooked boba - what else to ask for? Everyone in our group of four was happy with their drinks.

Long lines. Out of order processing. I asked why do they go out of order, they said they do it if there is a quick order with one drink - it’s not true, they prepared more than 10 of 2-3 drink orders ahead of us, which were not basic drinks.Update: we were waiting for 1hr instead of 30min they initially mentioned. They did not even apologize.
