I WENT THERE TODAY I ORDER MY TACOS AND THEN I LOOK AT THE MENU AND I ORDER A MIDNIGHT BERRY FREEZE I WAITED LIKE 10min AND DECIDED TO ASKED FOR MY DRINK BECAUSE I SEE ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WERE BEHIND ME LEAVING I ASKED A SHORT LADY THAT WORKS THERE VERY VERY BAD COSTUMERS SERVICE SHE JUST GUESS WHAT YOU WANT OR WHATS GOING ON THERE SHE MAKE 3 DIFFERENTS DRINKS AN NONE OF THEM WAS THE CORRECT ONE SHE GIVE ME THE LAST ONE AND I DECIDED TO LEFT IT IN THE COUNTER WHEN YOU ORDER THERE MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CORRECT SIZE TRAIN THAT LADY IN COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLSIM NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN
Night shift needs more workers so they are not so overwhelmed and make the mistake on giving you the wrong order and then remove the tray from you and blaming you for taking someone else's order... like it happened to me!
New Crispy Melt Taco (or something like that!?)is actually quite good! I was a bit surprised since The Bell hasn't thrilled me for a looong time! I recommend this piece of Taco Novelty. ?✨?
They need a tv or something to show who's order is ready, they are yelling random names miss pronounced.Order usually takes just few minutes to be ready. You can see all people wearing mask and gloves.
No customer service first of all and they made my food wrong ! ?
I didn’t like that there was NO drive thru… plus the food was expensive, $48 for 24 tacos… I could have gotten better food at a cheaper restaurant!
