Worst subway I have ever been to in the entire country. Employees are extremely unsanitary. Go on their phones and put gloves on without washing their hands. Sick to my stomach. The tables were very dirty almost as if they never clean. And to top it all off there were ROACHES crawling all over the place!!!! Will never be retuning and told all my friends and family in the area to NEVER go here.Hire an exterminator and learn to clean.
I placed an order through the app, chose my bread, add ons, etc.We arrived and my daughter goes in to pick the sandwiches up as I stayed in the car. As we're driving home, she tells me she saw 2 roaches running around! I completely lost my appetite. When we finally get home, I checked the footlongs and all 3 had the wrong bread and not toasted like I ordered. The veggies also tasted like they'd been sitting out all day.I tried calling several times but like others have said, no one picks up the phone here. Probably because he only gets calls about bad service. First time at this store and definitely THE LAST.
Ordered a sandwich last week and didn't realize it until much later that they double-charged me. Definitely will not be going back to that one!
Crew here are very friendly. Not too crowded when I got here. Food choices are limited though.

Always great customer service. This time it was from Alonzo who gave me some recommendations about roasting onions and was attentive to my exact order. He was so meticulous with his work (from placing each tomato to perfect wrapping my overflowing sandwich to be as near as possible). Probably the best Subway I’ve been to in the Bay Area. FYI they’re doing some cool renovations ATM but they are allowing dine in.

I have been there three times The first timeIt was OK the second time I went they were low on bread and the bread was stale today Will be the third time the store is a mess they were low on bread again and I told her that my last time I was there the bread with stale that if this one stale she reply to me saying no its OK guess what Its stele Subway should be a shame to have this store open because it’s not fresh #Subway

Used Door Dash..Arrived on time. Sandwiches were excellent.. Prices are great. Dasher was very nice. Will use again.
