Went in last night right before they closed ordered 4 drinks. Girl at the register was rude, so I order a dragon fruit lemonade tea girl at the register Didn't inform me they were out of dragon fruit. Then I get my drink from the barista ( girl with green hair ) I thought I got the wrong drink but I wasn’t aware they were out of the fruit instead of the barista educating me on the drink she came off extremely rude and talked me like I was stupid. Both girls seemed to be a bad mood. The barista was the cherry on top of my experience. Avoid this place
Slow serve time \\u0026 poor customer service. Expect to wait forever even in slow traffic hours and even then they’ll find a way to burn a pre-made microwaveable pastry lol. Avoid this location if you can.
Hands down this is the worst Starbucks In America . Congratulations on this big achievement. I’ve been here many many times and have never gotten a basic tall coffee in less than 30 minutes . .want Latte or mocha ، plan to spend atleast an hour there .
I’ve visited this location a couple times and customer service was fine, but the wait for a drink can be incredibly long. Like 20+ min, I wish I was exaggerating. We were not the only ones waiting for their orders either. You’d get a better drink + not very long wait time in other better managed chains. I probably won’t stop by here again even if I’m in the area
I am very sad about me and my family and my husband ,my husband waited for 30 minutes his dragon water when he asked what not service the lady put bad face but all time she service other who take paid after my husband my son who have ten year years ? said mom what this person for racism this.me say why???.Iwe are Mexican ,we work ,and make and help people sometimes .please respect!!

Drinks were good and the staff was friendly. It was so busy that there were long stretches with nobody working the register. This caused the line to back up pretty far. Honestly not the workers' fault. Tis the season
Such a bad customer service at this Starbucks. I literally come here every day and every time is something bad with my order. Plus if I ever come after 8pm the employees are just rude since theyte already cleaning to close. Such a bad experience at the and that’s what you pay for (THE EXPERIENCE) but the experience at this specific Starbucks is super bad!!!! Without mention they always give you the wrong items!!!
