This Starbucks is on Saratoga and Park Place by Whole Foods and many restaurants, there's a long pond with beautiful ducks that are practically tame. There is free parking all day underground. Starbucks on Saratoga is always clean, the bathrooms are always clean and unlike the messy Starbucks at Hillsdale Mall where the men's bathroom always has pee on the floor. The staff at the Saratoga Starbucks is friendly and the service is always great. It's quiet, and it's a great place to get your work done. Better neighborhood, better bathrooms, Better Place to go.
This is always a clean and well functioning store; more than that, they actually care about customers and clearly put time into building relationships with the community. :)
When I’m in San Mateo this is the only Starbucks I ever go to. The staff is always friendly even when they are super busy. They take the time to get your drinks right and to get to know you. I definitely recommend this Starbucks if you are in the San Mateo are.
Horrible coffee. Ordered Decaf cappuccino and it tasted like just milk. Just a hint of coffee flavor. (Took only a few sip and threw it away.)I ordered one coffee but the staff charged 2 so I had to come back and refund one. I didn't know that a big coffee chain can have a horrible coffee flavor. I live near but never want to go back again.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the San Mateo area. Shoutout to Alexis who works here. Super friendly and always so welcoming. He is AMAZING. Every time I came here my experience was amazing. I will miss this place :(
All of the staff were super friendly and courteous! They took my food allergy seriously and make me feel unashamed of it:)

A bit small but excellent service
I really like coming to this location cause the staff are really nice and always greets you. The morning crew are great and always say good morning first prior to taking my order. I like the social distancing they have in place and their barrista is quick and efficient. I also like that this place is always clean and well maintained because I've been to other locations and some don't compare to this location no matter what time of day it is. Thanks again!!
