I was in town for a family emergency, going through a lot emotionally. I had business to tend to for 8 days in San Mateo. Came into this location every morning. Within 3 days Rebecca knew my name and treated me as if I was a long term customer. It actually helped me with what I was going through, and she brightened up my morning every day till I had to go back home. TY sweety!p.s.Sorry it took me so long!
I usually get great service from here everyone know me I'm always here but lately service has been really bad and it started with getting a stone cold breakfast sandwich and when I gave it back thats when I noticed a change in the way im treated there. Don't appreciate being spoken to like I'm less then human especially when I'm the customer doing business here.
Great place, and the staff was really friendly! Just make sure that you don’t go here when school lets out or you’ll be faced with an entire high school waiting in line.

Always satisfied with Starbucks. They're carmel Frappuccino's are to die for. Especially if you get extra carmel
