not bad, too much boba. thai tea was too sweet and the mango and passion fruit tea was too bitter. again, too much boba. prob wont try again, might try the mango green tea w/out boba
Google maps says they open at 11:00, I arrived abt 20 min early so I waited. At 11:00 I stood out front with 2 employees working thinking they would finish their current task and then help me. I eventually asked if they would be taking orders when an employee told me they open at 11:30. I'm a little confused, did they think I was going to stand there for 30 min? Why wouldn't staff just say something? It's pretty annoying. It's not the employee's fault Google maps is wrong, but they could say something if someone is waiting 30 min early. I've been here before in the middle of the day and it was fine.
I showed up 2 mins before 6:30pm and the workers would not serve me. They said they close up around 6:30pm even though on Google it says they close at 7pm.
Terrible! The only reason this store must be still open is that it’s the only boba place in the mall. We ordered a fresh milk pearl tea without ice, what we received was a watery drink, like a fruit tea. When I took it back asking for a milk tea with whole milk, they said that’s how they make a non-iced milk tea and it comes watered-down. That’s exactly what the person said, “it comes watered-down”. Wut, LOL!
Honestly… where is corporate . I received a drink by the employee Kallea and I cannot believe what my tastebuds had in store. My drink was incredibly foamy and tasted an awful lot like soap. I wanted a refreshment, not a dawn dish soap martini!! I am honestly disappointed with this store location. DO BETTER HILLSDALE :/

The milk tea is good, usually I will add 0 sugar. The line is always long.
Mango & Passion Fruit Tea, good. Better to order online to skip the line.
Disgusting. This is the only boba place I’ve ever been to where I got HAIR in my drink. The workers NEVER wear hair protection I threw away a $6 drink because the workers were not able to comply with sanitation regulations. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Just love the teas here.......they have some brilliant fruit teas
