My granddaughter and I had been walking around the mall and we were tired. We shared a strawberry shake which was quite good. The place filled up as we sat there with mothers with strollers and toddlers, teens, workers taking a break and people picking up dinner. There was also a birthday party going on. The atmosphere was positive, welcoming and the restaurant section was clean. The manager was friendly and welcoming. We could not have asked for more!

All the machines failed to take my normal order. But a helpful employee took my order manually. This location was very crowded and chaotic. Mushroom burger was a refreshing veggie option, but I still wish they offered a Beyond or Impossible burger option.
An expensive disappointment that most definitely didn't satisfy my Burger cravings...Personally gonna stick with In-N-Out. You do you...I'm done with the Shake Shack experiment! It's so expensive! Simply doesn't present any value for me... the burgers are just OK. Nothing spectacular or unique about them. They are tiny compared to other fast casual restaurants.The disappointments:~ Bacon Cheese Fries - 2/5Meh. Just fries with bits of Bacon and what looks like Nacho Cheese. Skip it...~ Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Burger - 3/5The pics look amazing and the Burger itself sounds interesting. Yikes was it disappointing. Nothing stands out about it...just a burger.~ Golden State Double - 3/5Once again...just tastes like a mediocre Burger...a tiny expensive mediocre burger.
I ordered via phone app after work, by the time I arrived, my food was ready!!! Everything was delicious. So good, we ate prior to taking pictures of deliciousness.
Great smash burgers. The fries get soggy when you do take out but it's a necessary part of the meal. The shakes are good too.
I wish I could give this location a negative star. First time giving one star. Tried Shake Shack in NY and some other places and they were great. This location needs to hire new employees. The service was so slow. I had to order two times due to limits in their online ordering system. Took a freaken hour for them to get ready. Call it slow food, not fast food. What was more bothersome was the guy who was helping pretended he didn't speak English in Spanish. He is not even Hispanic. Not going to say what race he is. Even the other workers looked at him weird. He should be fired!
The place looks new. There are many people working there, yet the whole process is very slow. My burger was sitting ducks for 8 Minutes. There were 4 people in the front, 5 or more in the back, the orders were also not much, but they took ages to get me my burger. It was the same with others. Its like a fast food chain but takes time of a restaurant. I hope they speed up the process.
You do your own ordering with touch screen. Fun and tasty food and a view of the fountains. Basic burgers, shakes & fries.
All I wanted was a hamburger on their wheat bun due to a dairy allergy but they were just unable to arrange that despite help from a manager (who wasn’t easy to flag because all ordering is done on tablets). I was surprised because this is a trivial ask at comparable places like In N Out. Not a knock against their food, which had been great on other visits.
