Superb hot pot experience!
This is the best hot pot place I've ever been to. Hands down my favorite spot ever.Their conveyor belt is the best idea ever, where you can get the fastest ingredients to cook and eat. Their pork belly is my favorite kind of meat, I highly recommend it. I also highly recommend the Thai hot pot soup base, it has the perfect amount of spice and flavor to any ingredient.I will be coming here once a week, best place ever. ?
Interesting concept of conveyor belt hot pot. You get your meat order one at a time separately from the conveyor belt items. The meat is pretty good.
We had a great time here: super modern deco, bright and welcoming aesthetics, food was delicious, and service was sufficient. I love the conveyer concept of food running around so I can just grab anything I want (except meat). Would recommend this place ?
The place was decent. The convey belt was a cool idea but I feel like there weren’t a lot of options to pick from. There were many repeating options but not a long of variety. There were no mantis shrimps. The sauce bar was good! You still had to order the meat and drinks from the waitress. The service was definitely slow. We went around 4:00pm on a Saturday and they were not too busy yet. We only ordered two rounds of meat because they only came around twice to check on us.

This place is NOT RECOMMENDED. You will be treated poorly. On 03/22/2022, my family and I had a reservation at 8:00 for 6 people. One didn't make it, so we asked the receptionist named Vu. He told us "Oh, that's fine. But we don't have a table right now, so you might need to wait until 8:00 P.M." Sure, we could wait, we came early anyway. At 8:10 P.M., I asked whether we could be seated, he said: "We're cleaning the table for you." Then he turned around and told the other party to go ahead inside. I asked him what about our reservation. He said they have the same reservation time and that there's a 15 minutes wait, even for reservation, and it's written on Yelp. I checked, even asked him where it was so I could find it and gave him my phone. He couldn't find it and told me: "It's not on here right now, I'll put it on." What the hell is that? He straight up told me a lie about the 15 minutes wait. I called him out on that, and he turned around said we didn't have enough people which I asked him in the beginning, and he said it was fine. Now it's suddenly not fine. What? I asked for the Manager, and he told me he is the Manager. I'm not sure if it's another lie, but there was really nothing we could do about it now, so we canceled our reservation. This employee named Vu is either a liar, a two-faced person, or this place just doesn't value its customers. Either way, this place is NOT RECOMMENDED.
This was my first time here. The variety of food was amazing. Plenty to eat. I loved the fact that we all had our own cooking pots. Amazing.
Legitimately one of the best hotpot I've ever had in the US! We were a large group, so we booked a private room and it was so nice! We went fancy and got lobsters and all sorts of other seafood. Everything came beautifully presented. Sauce bar had a good variety of ingredients. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable. I'd definitely come back again!
This is my first time in a hotpot restaurant. We wanted to make a reservation, but they let us know that only on weekends they take reservations. So We had to go there and write our name on the waitlist. The wait time was almost 2 hours. Since we live nearby, we went back home and came after 1.5 hours. Whatever the wait time was, the food there made us forget all the wait time. It is an all-you-can-eat type restaurant. They will first serve the soup that you ordered. Also for meat, you have to order from a server and it will be served in 5-10 minutes. You can again order for the meat and again have to wait. All the other food ingredients and desserts are served through a conveyor belt. On the table, a burner is given for each person. All the food was very fresh and delicious. I can say, I would go for hotpot again. The buffet price is $30+tax per person. I would recommend this place.
