Order ahead - slow service
I’ve had better luck at other Roam locations. This location is just meh. Very mediocre burger. The sweet potato fries seemed off. And the chicken tenders were just not good, plus the portion size was tiny. I’ve given this place a few chances but I won’t be back anymore.
They’re lucky I like their burgers so much because tonight they were slow and behind on everyone’s order and they gave us the wrong burger which I left with.They fairly quickly made a replacement when I got back, but Luke warm apology for kinda ruining our dinner didn’t really make up for it.I’ll be back, but Leary of errors.
I had a kombucha, sweet potato fries and a chalet burger. The kombucha is amazing and fresh. The sweet potato fries were yummy. Just the right amount of crunch and softness. The Chalet burger was tasty but I would have liked a bigger patty as it was a whole lot of bun.
Went here on Thursday(3/24/22) night around 8:30. Got the heritage and jalapeno burger, the only thing to note was the bacon had a weird fake smoke flavor. Overall the burgers were not bad, but we both ended up with terrible food poisoning. Just getting over it now around 36 hours later. I normally have an iron stomach but this was the worst sickness i have had from food. Hope the management sees this comment and looks into it whether it be food handling or cooking practices.
Giving two stars because the chipotle fries were bomb. expensive burgers and tasteless. Five guys or the Habit are way better and for cheaper so save your money. Staff also doesn't really care about you so 0 stars for the service. Not coming back
We had the french fry veggie burger which is not very common. The avacado slices added a nice twist to it. Zucchini fries was perfectly crisp. Price is a bit on the higher end. Also the choco shake was just the perfect finish. 9oz option is kinda cool.
Totally love the burgers and local flavors with interesting sodas and drinks. Their gluten free burgers are some of the best.
This French and Fries burger is not worth the $7 . Bad bun which is overcooked, tough meat, bad onions too. The only thing tasty is the ice cream shake.
A few things to improve in the burguers, but the ingredients are of great quality. It feels like real food!
