Solid food at good value in nice setting - service a bit lacking
Nice (Irish) waitress, pleasant patio for families. Food only fair; chicken and vegetables were cold, brussel sprouts and carrots too much butter/greasy.
Booked a table at 5pm for indoors. Was told they had us set for outside. Proceeded to sit us at a table in the sunshine. When we asked to be moved inside the patio to one of the 15 free tables away from the sun, we were told that they had been reserved already. So much for our reservation then… Food was good, server was nice. Host and management were nonexistent. Another table complained and asked to speak with management and there wasn’t one available. David, the shift supervisor, was very helpful though. He needs a raise. Also, half the tables didn’t even get sat by the time we left. Don’t have high expectations.
Went here to celebrate my daughters graduation. Great food and great service. David was attentive and professional. Would have a celebration there again.
It's a cute restaurant at the train station. It obviously gets loud when the train comes through but the decor and ambiance is clean and fresh, food is pretty good and the servbice is nice.
Great food, good service
Trying to get the code to the restroom and ignored by several staff members. Had to go to bar when made eye contact with bartender she walked the other way. I had to intercept her in the diningroom. Ordering system is too complicated. Need to order from app. As I was placing my order all the people at the table as they were looking at food options they showed up in my order. We had to flag down a server to ask for help. Then I needed to get a seperate check as I was ordering a pizza to go, again the app was too complicated so we had to flag down the server. I told her we were just going to leave because it was just too much work to place an order. She relunctantly took our order but whispered because the manager was as at table behind us and she was told to push the app usage. We won't be back.
Our server was helpful and friendly but overstretched. I hope this was just an off night because we definitely waited too long for appetizers and one of our group waited a half hour longer than the rest of the table for a margarita. We missed the attentive and thoughtful service we have had here in the past. The food was generally good (pizzas and hummus app were good) although the person in our group who ordered the half chicken (and had enjoyed it in the past) said it ‘was terrible - flabby skin, boring flavor and huge pieces). Also the mixed drinks were not good . We won’t rush back :(
Great place overall. Service was very quick. Nice architecture with very high ceiling, a bit noisy.
Good for family dining. The Prosciutto, Melon + Burrata starter was outstanding and great value.
