Enormous bowls of fantastic ramen. Served piping hot, the bowls were huge and packed with flavor. I appreciated the vegetarian corn ramen dish. Ordered mild spicy and it was plenty spicy for me. Our server was delightful! She was welcoming and helpful and seemed actually interested in our opinion of the dishes we ordered, the corn and miso ramen bowls. The menu is limited but fantastic!

It was pretty good quite few good menu options and was something I would recommend to get if you need comfort food.My mother was in need of comfort food due to the fact that she was on her period. ? But she ended up say this is exactly what she needed and that she was ready to go to bed.????

I’ve been to hundreds of ramen places around the world and this is the very first time I see quail egg in ramen! Not soft-boiled or even hard-boiled eggs, but quail egg!To me, it’s just unacceptable…Other than this, it’s still average. The garlic is not very blended in the broth, and the broth is not super strong or salty. But nice service btw.

Staff is really friendly and attentive. We asked for tea as it was really cold that day and we were told they do not serve tea! or hot water unless they put it in the microwave! What?!? The ramen was good, very tasty however we order 2 different types of ramen we thought we would share as they seem to be different descriptions on the menu. But when they came out they both tasted the same to us. Seems to be the same ramen with different names and descriptions. Was really hoping to find another gem.

Loved the food! Ramen miso is perfect for a cold weather. I like how they ask the spiciness level of your order. Limited seats (20-30).

Used to be my favorite ramen restaurant but today is changed never never come back. Bye Dojo

I would really give this place 3.5 stars if I could. Overall it was alright, not anything special. Seemed like a nice family run place. We got the dumplings as appetizers, but they were pretty mediocre. We got the garlic pork and pork ramens. The broth was nice and rich, the textures of the noodles was good. The quail egg of the ramen was overcooked and was not soy-marinated like in other ramen places. It was not tasty.Other toppings on the ramens were nothing special.

Great ramen, nice spice kick. Mild is pretty spicy. Roasted garlic leaves nice blended flavor. Noodles are thicker and have food chew and don't get soggy too quick.

If you are ever in San Mateo, please visit this place.I’ve had pretty bad experiences with Ramen so this was a great reset.Food came out really fast and was really tasty. I thought the portions were large but quickly emptied my bowl before I realized ?Thank you for a great service.
