Love the service and best coffee ever
Who ever was the barista working on 2/10/21 literally made the best mint mojito I’ve ever tried at a Philz location. Tasted like they put their heart and soul into my iced mint mojito. 10/10 :)
We’ve come here a handful of times and consistently our coffee has been horrible. Tastes super watered down… and just barely tastes like anything at all.
They only accepted mobile orders due to short staffing (at least in the morning). No walk-in orders accepted.Great coffee otherwise.

Ordered an iced coffee, the barista leaves it on the counter with a LOOSE lid!Some of the coffee slipped, I mopped up with some napkins. The barista just shrugged (a red headed female likely having a bad day).Baristas secure the darn lid!So 2 stars for a bad attitude, coffee was as expected.
The Hillsdale shopping center nicely showcases what good architecture can do to an aging mall. The new north wing with it's modern for court and outdoor garden is relaxing place to hang out at. Nested in a corner, Philz greatly benefits from this space as patrons can now sip their lattes soothed by the sounds and views of the nearby fountain. A great respite from the roars of the traffic.
Our Barista Micheal happened to be the Manager who took extra steps to make our visit special! Music and Coffee was SOULFUL and flavorful! Thanks for the memories!
im having trouble finding accurate hours for this store ☹️ google maps says they are open till 7pm, the philz website says they are open till 8pm and the philz app says they are only open till 3pm. which one is correct? will not be going to due to the confusion.
Yet another Philz with incorrect hours on both their website, google vs what their actual hours are. Philz has been slacking lately with service and coffee quality.
