Each Panda are different, this one seem to serve less (food)and charge more like the others. Shorter lines here then other Pandas that we seen, the food taste the same as the other Panda, you can walk up and get served without a long line.

I have been trying to communicate because I got a cockroach in my food that is disgusting that you are enjoying your food and this comes out 74 Hillsdale MallSan Mateo, CA 94403United States. this is the address

I just came to eat to these restaurant, arrived at 8:20 the mall close at 9pm, iam a experienced cook and I am sure I doesn't take a whole hour to close at place like these . Definitely awful dnt know what kinda of strategy they using save labor and lose sells !

They raise the price and always give less food than other Panda Express store. The food is worse quality also. The store at Forster city is much better.

I didn't like the food so much. I tried better Chinese food somewhere else.

I’ve been trying to call to speak with the manager at this location about potential cross contamination of allergens but no one ever answers the phone. I understand it’s posted and that in a area with nut containing food there is potential for exposure. I worked hospitality for 10 years before the medical field. I am aware of the risk from the food stand point and medical. But for almost a decade my son has been 100% fine getting orange chicken fromPanda Express. His nut allergy is ingestion only. So he can be around it and be fine. The reaction he had today is most certainly NOT just use of a serving utensil that maybe used also in the honey walnut item. He ingested a nut or nut containing item. Either storage or cooking containers for orange chicken and something similar like honey walnut shrimp are being swapped out interchangeably without proper washing or sauce mix up or something. I’ve seen the varying degrees of his exposures over the years and this most definitely is ingestion of whole nut allergen. He is ok now thank goodness. But as a previous food service worker , now medical professional (NP) and mom of someone with a serious allergy, proper protocol to avoid allergen contamination is just as important as proper food prep, hand washing or temperature in regards to safety of food and should be taken just as seriously.

Food was actually good my kids , finished there dinner which was awesome...love there chow mein

Like food but service here was slow.

Food is consistent but their portions have gotten smaller. The server tried to make it seem like she was "packing it on" only to remove some food and return it to the wok. This is what consistently happens at the multiple locations I've visited within the Bay Area. Because of this it best that I stick to my go to mom and pop spots when my family are wanting to have Chinese food.

I use to come here when there was the lady that gave large portions. Now the portions are so small. I order the beef broccoli and all i got was 4 large pieces of broccoli, 2 piece of meat. I am not coming here no more. Go to the one near home depot.
