Amazing Neapolitan pizza. Plenty of space to seat during lunch time. I want to get back and try all the other Italian dishes!
We had the meat and cheese board and it was fantastic. The chicken pesto pizza was also delicious. We spent about $60, and it was well worth it for delicious wood fired pizza and a very well portioned charcuterie board. The food we got perfectly fed 3 people. Service was quick and friendly. Decor is visually interesting, and I love the aesthetic. I look forward to dining again in the future and trying more of the menu.
Not a good experience. The food looks really pretty but..the Walnut Gorgonzola Salad was not dressed. We asked for more dressing but were given garlic spread? We sent it back for more dressing. Was still not good. This is one of my fav salads but not this time. The pizza looked pretty but wasn't cooked. Soggy bottom crust and raw toppings. They saw we didn't eat the salad and comped us.
All three of our pizzas were burnt. The guy said he "made them special" for us. Even if they weren't burnt their food wouldn't be worth the price they charge.
Mozzarella was cheap and dry plus $23 for 60g of pasta. Not for me. Good location though.
A California-Italian fusion place that does a pretty nice job. I wouldn't call it the most amazing when it comes to their pizza but certainly worth a return visit to try other flavours and dishes (I see you squid ink pasta!)
Indoor and outdoor seating with nice views. The cocktails were good! (tried the Italian 75 and Refreshing Gin). Good blend of alcohol and flavor. The heat lamps make the cold bearable with outdoor seating. The have non-diary mozzarella available but not other non-dairy cheeses. For food I had the chicken pesto pizza (non dairy mozzarella) and Hawaiian pizza (dairy cheese).
The location is great right as part of the newly renovated section of the shopping center on the top floor. The pizza, however, was burnt. The service was friendly but somewhat forgetful.
I ordered the spicy meat neapolitan pizza. The crust was very burnt, there were virtually no toppings, or cheese on the pizza, and what cheese there was was starting to harden from being out of the oven so long before reaching me. And the price was absurdly expensive for the lack of quality. I understand neapolitan is a little different from normal pizza but I have had $1 slices with more care than this. In there defence another guest at my table had the prosciutto pizza loaded with the toppings you would expect with a neapolitan pizza, so this may just be I had a botched order. But it will be tough for me to justify going back.
Best service ever. The best food of my life.
