I really enjoyed my shaved ice item a lot more than I thought it would! Need to order and pay via computer terminal on the left as you enter. Took a bit for our order but not unreasonably long. Clean place and very popular.
This Meet fresh is absolutely awful. The wait time and customer service is atrocious. We waited 45 mins for our order only to find out they had forgotten about it, despite being told numerous times that they were in the process of making it. To top this experience off, the taste was not great.We have been to Meet fresh in LA and in comparison, this branch is a complete joke. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
Waited twenty minutes for my hot almond drink after they already called four numbers ahead of me. Not only that, I saw them literally take a cold almond drink, pour it into a cup and microwave it (pic attached). The flavor was ok but very powdery tasting which left a weird aftertaste in my mouth
Cute and warm interior, friendly staff and very tasty desserts! The waffle or ice cream is not too sweet. Boba tea was one of the best i've ever tasted so far. The place was not too crowded in the afternoon . After the evening there was a like to order. Overall - 5 out of 5 def!
Great dessert. Hard to find them in Taiwan these days. I truly missed it. Taste just like old times.
The food is okay but this store’s service is really bad. They need 20+ minutes for a single drink!I had an order from DoorDash and when I arrived, they were unaware of the order at all. They asked me to wait for another 5 minutes and I did. After 5 minutes no one calls me so I asked them again, only finding that my box was still empty and they didn’t work on it at all. Then they started to work on it and it actually took them only 1 minute to get the order done.What a poor service!!!
Super cute place to get boba with friends, but it can sometimes get crowded. There's a wide variety of options and so far enjoyed everything I've tried!
We always love Meet fresh. 2 star for this store though. I’ve been to the store twice. The store wasn’t busy both times but the service was poor and slow.
Food was fine. Bad service. The staff don’t know how to handle the orders properly. When you order egg waffle and grass jelly bowl in the same order. They will make your grass jelly first and placed it on their order table and let you wait 20mins for egg waffle and at the same time your grass jelly bowl already melted.
I love their milk tea.I don't live close but I always go thereI couldn't find somewhere else the milk tea is so good, strong tea not like the other milk tea shop.
