I saw a bad review and thought man how picky, it's just JJ! But all these negative reviews are right! The two employees were completely backed up with online orders, so they need more staff. Understandable, but they completely ignored me when I came in. I wasn't sure which register to go to, and when the employee finally approached one he just stood there without saying anything until I asked "Do you want me over there?" The lady behind me got her drink first, no biggie, but seems weird. Definitely irritated at the lack of customer service training, plus a year's worth of bad reviews on here that they obviously don't care about, as they haven't fixed any of the same issues that keep coming up. Extremely poor business practice, save the "I'm sorry..." replies!
Jamba juice is always great. I have been a fan for 20 years and they do a good job keeping up many of the combos I like. I do prefer the old menu, which had many more power ups, but overall its great. My kid loves it as well.
I like this jamba juice first time getting a drink from here they were really nice and fast got out in like 2 mins the drink was blended well I recommend going here
Costumer service sucks, there were 4 ppl working and it still took 30 mins for one order of a single smoothie, also the person calling names wouldn’t speak clearly and u can’t understand anything.
This Jamba juice is the closest one to my place and because they continue to mess up my drink I will no longer come here I rather drive the extra miles to the one next to Costco. My drink at 4th street are always watery as if the drink has been sitting around. Can management retrain everyone and also remind employees that urgency is a must. If things continue I wouldn't be surprised if this location closes down.
The worst service, waited 15 minutes to order, there are only 2 employees and one of them looks like he is completely lost. They blend a drink ever 5 minutes. Will never come to this location again.
They need more/better help out front. Good parking and clean.

The slowesttttttttt service you can imagine..poor guy was way ahead of like 5 customers including me and he got his drink right after mines. No leadership running the place. Someone needs to come over to help. Won’t be coming here again. Plus my orange dream is like water. Didn’t even want to ask for another one
Today I went and got the chunky strawberry bowl. ( wich I always get) but today I was charged extra for bananas when I told her I don't want strawberry on top of the bowl, only banana n granola. There's already banana ontop and she didn't even put extra bananas or granola.
