For a place that only cooks burgers they sure don't know how to cook a burger patty all the way through. Literally ordered their Jack's Prime Classic and it came all red inside. Don't go there unless you wanna get food poisoning.
It's good and the service was truly amazing. The burgers are great and the price is reasonable. That said, I don't think the burgers live up to the hype I've been seeing. I think this is far from the best burger in the bay area. Many national or local chains can easily compete for a better burger than Jack's, like five guys, shake shack, the habit, etc.
Servers have great teamwork and are super friendly.Parking can be tight but worth a walk if you wanna enjoy a burger.Lots of options on their menu and are fairly priced. There is outdoor seating available and have a clean interior.Bathrooms are near the back.
Warm, welcoming, retro vintage vibe with modern touches. Super clean diner with delicious food and beyond fabulous service. Our server was so friendly. Highly recommend this diner!
Good burger joint. Service staff was super friendly
Food was decent. Could have made it myself if I had enough prep time. Breading on the fried pickles was a little thick and slightly soggy and pickles were very thin. Onion rings were alright. Wife's lettuce wrap burger was more of a lettuce sandwich than actually wrapped. Did curbside but they never came out to our car. Had to go in and request our food. Ordered from their website.
Great options and friendly people. Sometimes I go new school and get the Wine Country burger with sweet potato fries and sometimes I keep it old school with a cheeseburger and really great beer batter onion rings. Love the rootbeer float too.
vary good food and drinks
Me and my son come to this joint we love it too bad covid ruined alot of small joints but we try to come bye one a month oh also the lady with the Accent she is so friendly and cares about her costumers she should get a star ? and Bonus also run the place
We discovered this place by accident when we drove and saw the shake sign (hubby luvs shakes) so we stopped. The place was packed then (pre-covid) and we were there this time just before lunch so we got in before they got too busy. Still the same great courteous staff (Jessica C was our server she was amazing) and the food is sooooooo good! A whiskey town burger which was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing as did the onion rings! The shakes are heavenly very creamy and just delish! A great place for a satisfying meal!
