Wow, this place blew us away! My wife and I are big fans of Ben Tre, so we knew we had to stop by Gao Viet Kitchen. The Vietnamese dishes had a modern twist to them, but in a respectable way to the original meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful while choosing our meals. They also talked us into trying their pho shots which was surprisingly very good! We had to also order the famous phozilla which could feed an entire family! I highly recommend coming to Gao Viet Kitchen, I know we'll be coming back soon!

I wonder why this place is busy. Even though the food looked fusion or Americanized, it still tasted authentic. Definitely come with a group and eat family style. That way you get to try more food and flavors. Will certainly come back to try all the other dishes. Service was fantastic because the staff is attentive.
ZERO STAR for the bartender upstairs, because when we went up there to order our drinks, he don’t even acknowledge us( three or us) and seems like willing to work!FIVE STARS ~ for the food they serve here, the waitress and waiter also very courteous and nice!It is a pricey place ($68.00 for garlic lobster noodles) but food was great! Not the regular Pho place ! Waiting line always long! You need to come early because they don’t take reservations!Coconut coffee seems ordered on every table! Also the “Tomahawk” Pho! You got to try!
We came at 5:30 pm but the place was getting quite full. We managed to get a table on the 2nd floor. We ordered the pork belly, the banh hoi deluxe, the marrow cracker, and the shaking beef ok garlic noodles. We also tried the sugarcane kumquat juice. All in all, the food was quite good. The service was efficient and friendly. Our server gave us suggestions and honest recommendations. He tried to ask the chefs on our behalf for a non -spicy version of the snail dish. But, he was unsuccessful. We were told the kitchen is too busy for dessert selections. Too bad. Something simple and sweet would have been a great way to cap off this flavorful meal. Perhaps they can buy some?

Service was fast after you get seated.Coconut coffee was great! Perfect combination of Coconut slushes with coffee.The big Gao pho is one of their best seller, the beef rib is just Humongous! tender and flavorful.So many other choices on their menu, Will be back.
Spice is good but the chicken in is not that great.
I been have this restaurant in my list to go and finally get to go! It was sooo worth it. All the coworkers are all handsome as hell!. I couldn't stop staring. Haha. Anyways I love the food here, but it a bit loud here if you're into quiet place.
