Good food, good customer service and great ambiance
Great food and nice atmosphere.
Espetus is the first and only authentic Brazilian Steak House in the Bay Area! The flavors of Brazil come alive at Espetus Churrascaria with Bay Area's very first Rodizio style restaurant - where several different cuts of succulent, premium-quality beef, lamb, chicken, pork and seafood are slowly roasted on an open flame and served tableside by Brazilian Gaucho Chefs. Operating under a unique service concept of Rodizio (espeto corrido = continuous service), Espetus Churrascaria presents 14 signature cuts of meat!
Fantastic dinner with my family of 4. AYCE with fresh side items including salad bar. Spot on for the black/pinto beans. All the meats were served hot and do get the grilled pineapple as you dine. My Caipirinha was served well with a good amount of rum and lime. Always a great place to eat and toast each other's celebrations. Looking forward on our next return.
Absolutely the best Brazilian steakhouse experience in the bay area. The staff are trained amazingly, the food quality is top notch, the selection is phenomenal and the environment is immaculate. If you want a true Brazilian steakhouse experience you can't pick a better destination than Espetus
Great food, and friendly staff
Went here to celebrate my b-day and it was delicious looking forward of going again but just wish they would of came out with more shrimp , the salad bar is also worth it but there was a few fruit flies I’m guessing around didn’t try any of their soups because the 14 meats was a lot but I will next time.
If I can give this restaurant a negative, I will. This restaurant promotes "classy" environment, but holds a funeral along with other customers who came there to eat and enjoy the food.We went there to eat lunch, and we were seated at the back with a large group of customers wearing black. As I walked to the buffet area, I noticed an easel with a photo of the dead person, with big banner of "in loving memory of...".During our lunch, one guy stood up and started making his loud sob speech about the person who passed away. Then one person after another, which was completely inappropriate since it was in a public setting. Our female server, never attended to us when we decline the alcohol drinks, she took my plate, and never even bother to ask to replace my utensils. When the manager Bruno, came to our table after I lost my appetite, all he said was I am sorry but they are also eating. IS THIS A RESTAURANT OR A FUNERAL HOME? After several attempt to call the San Francisco office, I was told to speak to Karla, but she never returned any of my call. I asked to speak to the owner, and the person who answer the phone on both location told me that they never give out any manager or email address. In the century of new technology, they have no email?????DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
It's been awhile since I've been to Espetus. The same high quality salad bar and tons of meats. Sirloin and beef ribs were our favorites. My old fashioned drink was a disappointment though.
Came here for the first time early on a Sunday evening and the crowd wasn’t that bad. As the night progressed, it definitely got busier. I’ve only ever been to one other Brazilian Steakhouse and that was Fogo De Chao in SF and I honestly would have preferred there. The food was good here but the service was way better at FDC. At FDC, the staff were attentive whereas we got ignored a lot here. I had to remind my waiter to get me water multiple times. And I feel like at a place like this, it’s important to make sure drinks are filled at all times. And it wasn’t even a specific drink…it was water. For the price I paid, I wouldn’t be coming back again.
