Ive been ordering from Chipotle for a year. Through it's ups and down. I finally decided to stop going. When they made the plates with very little meat I didn't complain. When they gave me brown lettuce I was like whatever. Now I can't get orders in. They won't deliver. Worse is that they cancel my orders 20 mins after I order them. So I'm stuck with no lunch on lunch breaks. If it was once I can understand. They have done this to me at least five times. I order online and thirty minutes later they cancel. I would advise people if you come in to know this location is understaffed. Don't expect doordash delivery they will cancel it. Just ordrfrom somewhere else.
Got their new chicken bowl, woke up sick as heck about 3 am. Was sick for entire following day.
I left my purse which had my wallet on the chair, and when I came back to retrieve it, all the cash in it was gone. I spoke to the manager and said she would check the security cameras and would call me back but she never did. Also, just bad service and rude staff members in general.
Classic, affordable and somewhat healthy Mexican food! Would def come back when I have no idea what to eat lol
Poor service, all workers are rude, small portions, I order a salad the lettuce was bad turning brown and the taste was bad, I order a kids quesadia it barely have cheese and it wasn't melted my kids didn't eat waste of money coming to Foster City Chipotle.

They put very little meat in their tacos. They also did not tell me upfront that putting two different types of meat of equal value, such as steak and barbacoa, on different tacos costs extra. They really don't care about service.
Food looks fresh but we are paying to much for what we are getting. I had a bowl and people they serve food they grabbed less than an spoon per item if you ask for guacamole they give you 1/4 of spoon and customers paying for that separate. They should give you a full spoon per item. For 2 people you end up paying over 40 dollars.
