Worse burguer king ever ! They over cook burguers and chicken and keep it there for hours at the time , fries are the same ! Bealive me I worked there !
3 burger combos for $43, it's a RIP OFF, and they don't give enough food, I ordered medium fries and they seem worse than small ones,, it's a misery of food, HORRIBLE place, I would never recommend it, DON'T WASTE YOU'RE MONEY AND YOU'RE TIME ??
Save your money and go to another place. The San Mateo establishment are overcharging for a combo meals. You can get real burgers for less than the price. Not worth paying for overpriced burgers
Impossible whoppers are here and they're pretty good! While they can't guarantee you that they cook it on a grill free animal grease, the fact there's a vegetarian option here, makes me happy.
I have visited this location off and on for years. The last two visits were not good. Both times there was trash throughout the parking lot and the trash cans were overflowing. The woman on the drive-thru headset on the latest visit was rude and short with me. The medium hash browns I ordered was shorted. No receipt was provided. And I was overcharged for the order. I wasn't given the combo pricing. They charged me a la cart pricing. I will not be returning this location again. Its sad that it seems no one cares anymore.
This place is open for dining. No crowd when I came in. Seems like the place were sanitized when we came in. Food is okay. Staff is helpful and masked ?.
Absolutely ridiculous. Went here 45 minute's before closing and ordered 3 sets of nuggets. Simple enough. Was given 4 fresh individual nuggets and the rest were old, cold and chewy like jerky.When we came back 3 min later as we never left the parking lot the guy in the window said well look at the time as if that matters. When someone orders food it should be fresh regardless. It wasn't 5 minutes before closing.Complete lack of respect and lazy night staff. Fresh from the airport and get this garbage.
