On 1/5/22 I ordered 2 double Long Island iced teas to be delivered by room service and was charged $135.00. Of course I knew this was a mistake, so when I spoke to the manager GUSTAVO VALENCIA he was rude and upset that I asked to get a receipt so I can look at the charges. He said since I ordered a double Long Island I was charged double the price. I asked him even if it were a triple on no planet would I ever pay $135.00 for 2 drinks! He yelled at me and was irate that I called him on it and was writing so hard on the receipt that he tore the paper. I got my money back but, I will be writing corporate and making a complaint. I will be sure to write a review on every platform I can find about this guy. He has zero customer service skills and no business in the hospitality industry.

Much better than a 3.1. Restaurant is small and was a bit cold on this day due to blowing A/C. The menu is what you would expect from an American restaurant. The staff were professional and friendly. The food was presented well and tasted great. On par with an Outback Steakhouse.

We had the included breakfast from our Holiday Inn stay. Everything was going great. I asked him the rules of the provided breakfast and he said 1 menu item and 1 drink. That was fair.

We enjoyed an amazing breakfast here and the service was excellent. The prices were reasonable and the dishes were plentiful. We also had some drinks at the bar in the evening. Overall the restaurant is located in the hotel which made it so convenient for us.

Unless the nuclear holocaust has destroyed everything else on the planet, do not go here. Expectations were already tempered. I ordered fish and chips (deep fried.... what could go wrong) and my wife ordered a burger and fries (standard stuff, right?). The fish and chips came out first. Not really what you'd expect. More like fried fish sticks. This was less a "piece" of fish, battered, and frozen, than seemingly fish bits pressed into a shape. There were three, and when turning them over, it was obvious that two of them had stuck together in the deep fryer; they were uncooked where they were still conjoined. Inedible, as they were raw. My wife told me to eat while hot. I ate what I could and after about 15 minutes asked the waiter about her burger and fries. Oh, gosh, he apologized profusely. He had forgotten to put in her order. Now, a waiter of ANY ability would have come by to see how things were going or at least have glanced in our direction to see that she had no food at her place. Perhaps the young man is not their regular server. No idea. But it was shocking that no food was brought for so long and no problem was detected until I flagged him down. He offered a 20% discount, which was kind. At least my wife's meal should have been free, totally without charge, and mine should have been discounted or replaced. He is not clear on how to work with customers. Do not go here. You have been forewarned. Call for a pizza. Get an Uber to somewhere. There are MANY really good restaurants in the area.

Staying at the Holiday Inn the team at the Bistro was wonderful. Really made us feel at home. Breakfast was great. Chuy was great as well as the others who made us feel so welcome. Miquel I think and 2 other morning shift waiters. Thank you. Can't wait to return.

We loved the service and the food. Price wasn’t bad and the food was beautiful and delicious. Pleasantly surprised!

This Holiday Inn has a nice little full bar with a happy hour. Front desk wonʼt tell you when checking in.
