Same problem 2 nights in a row. Closed when meant to be open.
front desk service is great, but the boss is absolutely AWFUL. Not only is it insanely overpriced, the topping options are all stale and expired. I got a piece of mochi that was supposed to be soft and chewy, but was hard and i almost chipped my tooth.
It is 8:30 on a Saturday night and there is a “Closed” sign on the door. Isn’t the place to be open till 9:30?Tried to call the number from the site but nobody answered.Noteworthy is that there was a person (young male) behind the counter looking out to the street.Which is which: open till 9:30 or only 8:30? If the latter is correct you need to update the signage at the store and on line.
If I could give 6 starts. I would. I really appreciate what small business are doing in this hard time. This place is always clean.
If I could give it zero stars, I would. They had spoiled watermelon yogurt, rock hard skittles, stale Oreos and bad walnuts. They had no macarons which was disappointing. Do not recommend at all.

Very yummy fro-yo shop. They have the good kind of frozen yogurt made with real dairy, not the fro yet that gets all watery and icy. I love getting a froyo and sitting over by the fountain in the park. The only thing I don't like is the "no mask no service" sign in the front, a little extreme..but I'm sure they will take it down eventually.
