Used to go here during lunch break. Hearty portions.
Food took a while and they forgot my order, but the quality is what you'd expect from Wingstop so no complaints there.
Amazing customer service overall food was very fresh and the lobby was nice and clean .
Better than Buffalo Wild Wings however don't go near closing time.That is usually the time standards are lowered.Got served burnt and unseasoned fries.I'd keep an eye out for raw chicken at this location.And make sure they give you the amount you paid for because sometimes they miscount.
We ordered from this location since we were in town. They gave us the wrong flavor of chicken, we were like ok I guess. Bite into it and it was soggy in oil. In the bottom of both our chicken containers there was a pool of oil in the bottom. The fries we asked for well done and they were over salted and had gotten super soggy from the oil it was soaking in, in the bag. The first time I ever had to take food back. We were planning a beach picnic but that went out the window. They don’t let the food drain before putting it in containers. Yuck! Smh.
Spent 4 bucks for a large ranch and got 1 ramekin. Happens most of the time at this location.. Do not order a large ranch. I feel ripped off, only reason 2 stars is because food was good.
I got a large 15 piece boneless , and I didn't even get full at all they gave me the smallest popcorn chicken they had , the flavor was on point though.
This place was disgusting the cashier guy Bryce had no customer service and was useless , the other guy working the store did all the work , the place smelled and was not good
I called head of time so that I would arrive and it would be ready . I got there and the person said he forgot to put on my order … they weren’t busy … if they where they could have told me it was going to take longer . I asked what happens and all I got was an “I don’t know “ there were two people there , can’t image what happens when it’s crazy busy .
Hands-down some of the worst customer service ever kid at the counter Charge me for the wrong meal and then told me that he can’t fix it because he’s not the manager when I asked him to get the manager he said no . I said wow great customer service and he said I get paid minimum wage what do you expect . Come on man I come here every day for lunch he said well you don’t have to.So I guess he made my choice for me
