As someone who drinks regular milk teas weekly with less than 75% sweetness, I loved the milk tea here! Their milk tea is less sweet than most places so I adjusted the sweetness level accordingly but I really enjoyed the flavor. I do wish they gave a bit more boba in their drinks. Also as one reviewer mentioned their cups are smaller than other places with the same prices.

Accessibility: there are two disabled parking spots in front of the restaurant a few doors down and the ramp to get onto the sidewalk is there too. The doors to enter this building are two, very wide, pull doors. Inside it is well lit, but the parking lot is dark at night with really no lights. There are wheelchair accessible tables inside with moveable chairs, but no seating outside.Experience: it's super cute inside, the employees are really nice and helpful in explaining what's inside of different drinks, and they made my drinks quickly. The drinks are smaller in size than a few other boba places I have been to and they were a little bit more expensive (by one dollar). The drinks were good, with very soft flavors instead of being intense flavor packed. Very good but not in my top favorite.
Very sweet and friendly staff. Very clean location. I wanted to try something new and I ordered the coffee jelly bubble milk tea. The gentleman at the counter ask if I ever had it before, when I said no, he gave me a sample of the coffee jelly to taste and see if I liked it before committing to buying the drink. It was delicious. Him going that extra step to ensure I would enjoy it made the whole experience of trying a new place and new drink worthwhile. Ill definitely be coming back to try more drinks!
Delicious! I tried this place for the first time tonight and it was great!! I got the tiramisu milk tea with boba. It was super tasty and the boba was made perfectly- soft and chewy and just the right amount of sweetness! We didn't stay but it seems like a fun place to chill and drink your tea if you wanted to, the staff was very nice and welcoming. They also had a few snack foods advertised too. I will def be coming back!
SO WORTH THE WAIT! The man who took our order was so nice! I recommend the Taiwanese BBQ sausage. It was very (temperature) hot, sweet, and crispy. Absolute Perfection! I also bought the garlic popcorn chicken that was so good! Any time you are in the mood for boba and yummy snacks, you should consider this place.

I love vivi bubble tea in NYC in San Diego, now in here. Popcorn chicken rico!! Their milk tea is not very sweet, the staff are very nice, the shop is very clean. If I come to San Marco, I will definitely come to this milk tea shop.
New spot in San Marcos to get Bubble Tea. The Teas are really good and they serve hot food I didn’t get a chance to try. So I will for sure come back. I rated this place so high because of Customer Service. The staff was very friendly and nice. I will support Vivi just for that reason alone.
