We just had our son's wedding rehearsal dinner in their private room. The food was outstanding and the service exceeded all expectations. 60 people were served the entree they requested all at the same time. It was unbelievable. We were thrilled. There was a manager available on site to make sure everything was perfect. It was!!
This is always a favorite for our family. There were just two of us, and it was about 6 pm. We were able to be seated right away, just before the dinner rush started. Our server, Wes, was very attentive and polite. I have a gluten allergy, and he let the kitchen staff know so that my meal was as carefully prepared as possible (in a commercial kitchen) to help avoid cross contamination. Our meal was delicious and our time there was very pleasant. We will certainly return, and I continue to recommend this Old Spaghetti Factory to anyone looking for a nice meal at a fair price.
Good experience for our first time. food was awesome. Thubms up. Our waiter was new and if he did not know he asked. He was very kind. Thumbs up. Food was served fast but the restaurant was not packed at all. The store smelled coming right through the front door like an old furniture smell. The decor was very dark. And furniture was dusty. But table and floors were clean.Overall I would go back. Had the strawberry lemonade, fettuccine with chicken and cheese garlic bread. The salad and ice cream and complimentary bread (not the garlic bread) was included in our meal.Good portion of good tasting food and good pricing. Thumbs up from us!
The food was delicious. Our server Valerie was friendly and efficient. We ordered chicken marsala and breast of chicken fettuccine.
You can count on good food and fair prices. However, I can't say the same for the service. I think we went too late in the evening. We arrived at 8:00, an hour before closing. Our waitress was obviously over it and must hate her job. We didn't get any dinner bread (we did request it) while the table next to us got three loaves. We didn't get any soda refills until we were about ready to leave so I asked for my refill to go. I was charged for 2 drinks for myself. $7.50 for less than 16 oz of soda, OUCH! If you go make it earlier in the evening and hopefully you'll have a better experience than we did.
The atmosphere at The Spaghetti Factory is more than half of the experience. Interesting fixtures, antique furniture. The service was very attentive. Do not go TSF if you are expecting a world class Italian food. It would be like going to McDonald's for the worlds best hamburger. Enjoy the overall experience with fair prices.
Potpourri with their bread and the broccoli with mizithra. And of course, spumoni. Every location we've ever been to every time is always excellent. Yes, prices have gone up over the years but what place hasn't raised their prices?
I'm gunna be honest, the food is more expensive than the taste. If the price were lower, it might be worth it, but as is there are much better Italian places that have lower prices. The decor is amazing though. If you want somewhere to go with a good, medieval feel this place would be excellent. If it's an event where you care more about the feel of the place than the food, I would recommend this place.
Experience was ok (3 stars for excellent service). Love the ambiance and our service and server was great. Thank you Brie. Food was subpar. My friend ordered the ckn marsala and mentioned it was hard. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and the presentation was lacking (ckn parmigiana looked small and had some flavor). Minestrone soup was very salty and the spinach artichoke dip was dry and semi-solid. The price did NOT reflect the quality of food; i expected a better experience taste-wise. Complementary ice cream was delicious. I am sorry to say I had a better experience at your Spokane WA establishment. Sorry to say, I will NOT be visiting this establishment again.
Beautiful venue, nice people. It takes a bit of time so don't go in a rush but it's worth it. Lots of photo ops so dress for it ? "cheese please"
