This place makes good teas and boba but now 2/4 times that I’ve gone they’ve been out of something. One time they were out of thai tea and the other time they were out of Boba. They need to get it together and be prospered when the open. I just came another time and it’s 1 pm and they are still preparing for the day.
Accessibility: the parking situation is not great. The only one disabled parking spot is still multiple doors down, close to the sushi restaurant, and the ramp to get onto the sidewalk is there too. Other than this one spot, if you needed extra room to get out of your car, you would have to park far away and travel a distance. The other parking spots are also extremely limited. Really the parking is just overall terrible here. I think this place was just designed for college kids to walk over from the campus across the street or the housing next door. The door to enter this building is a single pull door. It was very loud inside as they were constantly blending things. There are wheelchair accessible tables inside with moveable chairs, and there are metal benches outside, but no tables.Experience: upon walking in there was only one employee working and he was so busy he never greeted us even after standing there waiting to order for 10 minutes. Literally we came in and waited 10 minutes until we could even order. The wait to make our drinks was at least another 10 minutes. We ordered a white chocolate mocha with coffee jelly and boba (size large) and a mango green tea with aloe (also size large). Our total before tipping was $13.13. Both of the drinks were incredible! So delicious!
tuesday afternoon this lady was really rude to us long brown hair in braids she told us it was our fault she accidentally made a second drink
I should have known better I check reviews myself and they have a ton of 1 stars but I gave them a chance anyways .went in to get there chicken and thar sweet sauce so good its 1 in the afternoon and there out of chicken lol so when will u have more.......I don't know yhe young lady was rude and carefree.However I work across the street for the one on UCSD campus awesome service and they always have chicken I give them a 6 star.....not San Marcos.

Worst drink made with a lot of artificial syrup and ice and taste very fake and unhealthy. Very expensive for what you get
Very delicious drinks but service is very bad. Stood in front of cash register for 25 minutes and nobody took my order of one drink. The two girls they're kept ignoring me. I could not wait more I had to leave without even placing order. They need help really bad. Some other people behind me left too??
Good boba not amazed, but overall good. Thai tea is what I’ve been getting there lately ?
They have excellent fries! Also fried calamari! I would have taken a photo but they were gone that fast. Their drinks are also great, from boba to just a slushie, you can't go wrong.
Love the yogurt frosts here! And the cashiers working here are a lot nicer than the oceanside/Carlsbad location. Thank you San Marcos workers for actually looking like you care about your job and the customers!
