The one night I’m sad and go to TB they forget one thing out of my order- my bean burrito. The most I was looking forward to. This is a great TB with great people, but this just was almost my 13th reason lol

So good, hit the spot perfectly. Food was hot and fresh and the crew was speedy and kind. One of the few places left you can fill up with good quality food for a few bucks!

slow service I waited about 5 minutes before someone to my order and I was the only customer in line

First time at this Taco Bell. I ordered on the app, pulled up to the mic, let them know and they told me to pull forward. When I got to the window, I was yelled at for pulling up to the window without telling them my order by who I can only assume was the shift manager. When the employee informed her that I did, she just walked off.When I got home my Crunch Wrap Supreme looked like it was assembled in 3.2 seconds while simultaneously tasting like it had existed since the Paleolithic age. I have two other Taco Bells equidistant from my house so this will be my last time at this location.

Drive thru experience. They forget an item Pretty annoying and hard to prove once you're home. They tape the bag and didn't give receipt. Check your items carefully before driving off.

Fast service - the food was fresh, hot & delicious. The dining room was very clean & the ladies restroom was too. I would definitely eat there again

We came by to get some quick food through the drive through and whoever was working the window at 12 pm on 10/14/21 was extremely unprofessional. Young teen, gqve us our drinks no straws or napkins, we asked for straws and as he's leaning on the counter waiting for our order he just looks at us and says "itll be in the bag" ok so I guess I'll sit here with sticky soda cups and no straws to drink either. I asked again for some straws and he still refuses to give them to us...what is going on???. Why do you let people like this work here, he clearly doesn't care about his job or taking care of customers. I mean how hard Is it to get someone a dam straw or some napkins. Also the phone conveniently was being unanswered.

Accessibility: they have a drive-thru and they have accessible parking near the front entrance with a ramp to get onto the sidewalk. The doors to enter are pull doors.Experience: I was going here every week, and then TWICE in ONE MONTH I had my credit card number stolen and large charges made within a day after coming here, both times. It was either this place or two other, but I kept using my cards at the other two places and stopped going here or only using cash here, and no more credit card numbers stolen. Hm...interesting. someone needs to look into this. I did come here again this week but I ONLY USE CASH HERE NOW.Also the last time I came here, there was a manager literally screaming at the other employees including a young man who worked at the drive-thru window handing me my food. I told the boy he shouldn't be treated like that and the manager is out of line and the boy said thank you, looking like he was about to cry. This is extremely inappropriate, unprofessional and unkind behavior.
