I ordered the deluxe cravings box, and 3 crunchy tacos, they gave me the 3 tacos and just the toasted chadder chalupa and I told them I ordered the box not just the chalupa then they gave me back just the box minus the 3 crunchy tacos I ordered for my son. So I once again corrected them and asked for the 3 tacos I was missing and offered to pay for it but they said no it’s fine. After all that I’m still missing my drink which I went and had to pay for it. I will never go here again very poor customer service.
Fast, although new, the employees were great, timely and perfect.
Very quick service, food was hot and cooked all the way through. I've been to some locations where that was an issue isnwhy I mentioned it. Really polite people too.
Dine in is closed, but drive thru was fast even with shortage of staff.
As far a Taco Bells go, my local one is a good one. Food is fresh, never had a stale shell, and always heavy with the cheese.
Really bad customer service by Emily on the drive thru. She was so disrespectful giving me attitude when I asked for salsas. She throws them at me and close the window. Try to talk to the manager and was totally ignored.
I ate two items from here last night. Woke up in the middle of the night in excruciating stomach pain… outside of eating Taco Bell I did nothing out of the ordinary
I pass by this location on a daily basis after picking up kids from school and stop by often for dinner. I can’t express enough how excellent the service is. The cashier, Emily, even helped me with paying through Google Pay. The teamwork is great and the food is delicious!Thank you Rancho Santa Fe Taco Bell! ?
Only drive through was open. And they are fast with service.
